The folks in the skilled nursing section (east wing) have been very attentive to my 91-year-old mother. She has been living at Odd Fellows for almost a year. Cruz, the receptionist, Alexandro, Miriam, Tim, Natalie, Angel, and Mario are stand outs. They have made my mother feel that she is home. I can’t thank them enough.

Very clean facility. Staff was kind. One man stopped what he was doing to help us take a family photo. My dad’s eye was a bit red, so when we pointed this out to a nurse attending, she said she’d give him a cold compress on that side later that night was well as keep an eye on it. Overall, I’m impressed with the care they provide at the facility.

Awesome senior living. On behalf of several elderly relatives, I have researched and visited many senior residences, from independent thru skilled nursing. Severally relatives have lived in a plethora of facilities and I have to say that Washington Oddfellows ranks at the top in terms of overall environment, activities and staff. It is clear that the staff is dedicated to their population and the community is all the happier for it. There’s a multitude of activities, both inside and outdoors. An awesome exercise facility, auditorium, library, crafts and other fun areas. While there’s no perfect community, this place is pretty niceeven if it’s not a sparkly new place. And it’s not corporately run looking to make big profits!

My friend who was attempting to put in an application at Odd Fellows for an apartment. She fell and staff responded so quickly to assist her. She has a medical condition that sometimes causes a knee to give out, and it did. She did not require an ambulance and will see her physician in the morning. The facility was clean and comfortable, I was impressed.

The first time I went to the Odd Fellows building, I felt like I was in some other world. The design of it, with all the neat little electronic contrivances was jaw-dropping (in a GOOD WAY) and it was in a secure, comforting location by being surrounded by a thick copse of trees near the front entrance. I met Alice (my mom knew her -- she never mentioned her surname) and Mary Ann, who was from Orange County, California (skipping through most of the details for sake of time and privacy -- no harm towards anyone. There are a lot of super unique people out there in this world that give me a sense of enlightenment and adventure). When I went to check on my Grandfather Robert William Frye II, I started to cry. We had been through so much together, I would hate to see him go. But, according to our religious orientation of Christianity (I hope this is not inappropriate to say) if you believe in the lord Jesus Christ you will be saved and have eternal life with Him up in Heaven. This will not be the end of our relationship if my grandfather leaves me. He will be waiting and possibly enjoying himself up in Heaven for me when I die as well. I would like to send a shout out to a few staff members who have gone above & beyond for my father during his stay at Odd Fellows, they have been very patient & caring with my father & to my sister & I as we were visiting him. Thank you so much to Miriam, Rita, Courtney, Yvonne, Alex, the lady who found my dad’s favorite pillow & one other CNA whose name I never got but they have been such awesome nursing staff! You are appreciated so very much!! Also a big thank you to Walla Walla Hospice (Sandy & Riley) for working so closely with Odd Fellows to make sure my dad got taken care of. The Odd Fellows home was great to my mother. The staff really cared about her. The facility's cleanliness is clearly an important aspect of giving good care. The facility is modern with large windows. There are activities and good food. I recommend this facility for your loved ones.

My grandmother was unfortunately kept here after breaking her leg. She would sit for over an hour in her own filth before anyone came. She was ohyscially abused by one of the staff members, being tossed around and told "you can't get me fired, there is too short of help". It was reported to the state and this person no longer works there and hopefully won't be working with elderly again. Exceot for a worker there named Valery, she was the light for my grandma there and she truly cared, she's the only reason I'm giving this a 2 star and not a 1 star. I highly recommend everyone to seek out "Regency at the Park" where they treat your loved ones how they should be.

I went in the wrong entrance. But there were residents from another wing who helped me get signed in and then pointed me in the right direction of where to go to find my friend. After locating a staff member (all of whom were super helpful and very friendly) they got me headed in the right direction to my friends room. And I want to say the grounds are beautiful. Very nicely kept and the flowers were beautiful. You have a very nice, very welcoming establishment. Beautiful inside and out. Thank You

My very first visit, I was impressed. I have spent lots of time with a loved one at two of the other facilities in town. Odd Fellows by comparison is positively palatial. We were assisted right at the door when we had trouble with the Access Point. We were escorted to the proper building and met with the wonderful staff and the Hospice staff. The facility was clean and inviting; people were friendly; patients seemed very content. We left our visit in a very positive state of mind at a difficult time.

Was provided a lovely tour of Odd Fellows this morning. Delighted with the numerous common area features, from library to game room, wellness center, cafeteria and social gathering rooms. I was even fortunate enough to view one of the Merriam Street senior apartments, in which I was especially interested. From everything I saw, it really does look like a wonderful place to call home!
