Had the opportunity to meet with the lead dispatcher at the Walla Walla branch and it was truly remarkable to see how efficiently they fielded the insane amount of calls during the short time I was in there! I was truly impressed with their ability to maintain composure while addressing so many calls from community members! Bravo!

Great pay! Flexible on schedules. Awesome amount of hours. Overall the best job I've had!

My grandfather had a couple of good caregivers. One was forced into retirement and the other was told she wasn't going to help him after her test. New guy supposed to show up last week as a substitute and this week to start being my grandfather's caregiver. Tried called to change hours THEY assigned last week and got voicemail. My grandfather is a veteran and the VA approved more hours and Addus chose how they were used before we decided.

9-20 I've had one great aide and they let her go. In the last two months, the management has changed three times, and in the last week, I can't reach anyone on the phone, and no one is calling back on my messages. They are not giving me all my hours, either. That's my personal experience. Black Friday: Someone has called back. We'll see if anything changes. (I left them for six months over the winter... The other place was worse) 4-21 Ok, I'm going back to them. Better treatment than the other company, and I like my new lady. The management seems to have settled in, too. Yay! Will change this to a five if all goes well. 7-21 Still liking the new mgmt. They do have trouble finding good help out in the sticks where i live, but they are kind and conscientious and I like them.

I loved my peoples I had a pleasure of being with. I helped them survive life they helped me grow and survive. Great company to work for. Shannon Gilman, (R.I.P.) wonderful supervisor. Kathy Armenta, great secretary. Nadine Boatman, great secretary. She's now their main supervisor, haven't had the pleasure working with her. They all did there best with the employees they had. I made alot of friends, some of which still work here. Some I cared for, passed away some are still living. I visit with ALL and their families. I give them Addus, 5 stars.
