I have been in the medical field for 5 years now and Ive been in many places and this is by far the best as far as caring for the residents and making sure everyone is involved in activities and hearing out the employees and their concerns. It truly feels like a family. The residents are delightful and Ive really enjoyed working here thus far!

In my 11 years in the medical field I have never worked for a company that treats its employees with so much appreciation and respect. I love Enlivant and Whitman Place, the core values say it all, compassion, humility, integrity, excellence, and fun. And we truly put all of those components to work on a daily basis. Whitman Place is the cleanest Assisted Living I have been in, in Walla Walla valley and I have been in them all. The residents are well cared for. We strive for excellence in everything we do from the dining experience, to care, to a high quality of life through our activities program. We strive to be the most trusted company is senior living. Caring
Pioneer House was our first choice. It had nice rooms, great staff, and a lot of pride in meal preparations. I talked to some people that live there, and they were very happy. It was just a really nice facility. I looked at a one-bedroom apartment. There was only one room plus a little kitchenette area and a bathroom. This was where we would have moved my dad into. I was really impressed. It looked spotless to me. The dining area was clean, nice, and attractive. It was nice enough that even I would move in to the place.
