My wife has been in this facility for almost one month, and I have gotten to know most of the staff and management. I am impressed with the quality of care my wife is getting, given the difficulty of dealing with some issues presented by dementia patients.

Our interaction with the staff leading up to our decision to move my in-laws into Brookdale-Torbett was outstanding. The on-going pandemic presented challenges for moving in; each challenge was addressed efficiently...Im not sure, given the circumstances, how we could have made the move easier. The staff came in frequently during move in and introduced themselves to my father in law and began establishing a relationship with him that day.

My parents were at the Brookdale in Everett for 5 years and they and all of us loved the staff and all they did for us. Then we moved to Richland and my husband got dementia. So they were the first facility I went to and moved him to the memory care. It was done in the time frame we needed and find the facility and staff most enjoyable here also. I feel this was a great move for my husband.

Let me tell you how wonderful this place; I call they answer. I do surprise drop ins and each of the staff is on top of residents needs. My mother chose this place because she was confident they would tend to her, and they have. I love the staff, as does my mother. They make sure she is 100% happy and I admire how well they treat the other residents. It smells clean all the time, its well kept, and even I love the food when Im over for lunch. If ever you have a question; the director, the nurse, Med techs will always take time to answer your questions and make you feel just as welcome as your loved one.

Very awesome, very professional and considerate staff. They have treated my grandma great and have served her needs well. All nurses take their jobs serious and show it just as well. Highly recommend!

My husband has been at Brookdale Torbett for 6 months. I have not regretted my decision for him to live there. The entire staff truly enjoy the residents and strive to keep them safe and content. Ive learned so much about dementia from the administrators, nurses, and caregivers. Each resident needs individual care because dementia affects each patient differently.
