I visit my aunt unannounced, and I can honestly say the care she receives is excellent. I’ve been to many other places for church events, and Windsong truly stands out as the best. She’s always clean and well cared for, and the staff show her genuine love. We’re so grateful to have found a place that cares for her the way we do

I came to write this review after losing my mom, and after seeing some of the negative comments here, I felt compelled to share our very different experience. My mother was a resident for a few years, and when her health declined, the staff showed up for her in every way that mattered. They took exceptional care of her, not just medically, but personally. She was treated with love, warmth, and dignity all the way through end of life. We never once wished she were anywhere else. Management checked in regularly, and every staff member made us feel like Mom was truly known and cared for. They became like family to her, and to us. No place is perfect, and I understand that people’s experiences vary. But these caregivers carry an enormous weight every single day, and they do it with grace. That deserves to be recognized. We are so grateful.

This is a great memory care for your family members all the caregiver are train and they get to have fun and go out in trips church days and bingo nights and Happy hour once a month.

Visited with family, place was clean and we got to see the residents help staff decorate the lobby. Great friendly environment!

Windsong has been a great facility for Mom’s declining memory care. They have also been patient with Dad as he navigates this road. The staff are caring and responsive. Our kids did Montessori school and we had no idea there was that concept for memory care as well. We would highly recommend Windsong to care for your family members well.

She also creates a warm, supportive environment that truly understands the unique needs of each resident. Her patience, empathy, and ability to connect with residents on their level is unparalleled, bringing a sense of peace and comfort to both residents and families. The kitchen manager has knowingly used expired chicken.

Things started off great, but as time went on it became plain to see that the people running the place don't care about the residents who live there. The care staff were mostly kind caring people who want to help others, but recently many were driven away by the management. The communication is nonexistent, the pictures they take of or the residents family are fake, and when you make a complaint about manager not doing their job or not caring about the residents, nothing changes. It is easy work and and there is plenty of downtime

This facility is NOT a 5 star. Hi, former employee here. They have almost no staff for their 25 residents in the community already open. They claim to be Montessori, however they only do that for the public and for pictures. Clinically, this place is a train wreck. CNAs will report changes to HSD and a couple weeks later they’ll be in the hospital dying. Very much a “band aid” company and I left because I couldn’t sit and watch it anymore. The cook goes around being very aggressive about sharing his sex life. And the resident care coordinator could care less about the actual well being of residents and staff. Only covering managements butt to make sure they’re state compliant.

My mother has lived at WindSong at Southridge for six months and I could not be happier! Especially during this pandemic, WindSong had given Mom days full of activities and fun. I love how they are continually giving back to the community through their many fundraising events. The staff is wonderful and I recommend it anyone looking for memory care for their loved one.
