There was no beautician on site when my Mother was there. In fact, I showed up towards the end of my Mothers stay here, only to find her hair greasy and plastered to her head! There is a cute Popcorn maker in the lobby, that looks so clean, like it’s never been used!! Their kitchens look good, because they don’t use them. Their food is made ( or warmed up) in another building and taken to the residents with a cover on their plates. The food is slightly warm at best!!!

If I could give this place ZERO Stars, I WOULD!!! [name removed] was the WORST there! She would tell you what you wanted to hear! I moved my Mother out after 4 LONG months there!! No supervision, activity Calendar was for looks! Food was NEVER Hot!! Brought from another building! Luke warm at best! All heat and eat, canned fruit, NEVER fresh! My Mothers bedding needed to be washed. I came two days later, to find my Mother sleeping on her mattress pad and a blanket. She was not given her meds for the first three weeks! I pushed her emergency button for immediate help!!! Only to have to go outside the house and catch the cleaning gal, who finally got someone to attend to my Mom!! ( Again, No Supervision most of the time!!! ) [name removed] is very untruthful! RUN! Don’t walk from this place! If you care about your Loved One!!

I cannot thank the staff at Creekstone Assisted Living Facility enough. I was exhausting myself trying to work full-time and give my mother the care she needed while her health declined. I finally called and talked to Tiffanie. In minutes I could feel myself starting to relax some as she said moving mom to a care facility will allow me to once again just be her daughter. It’s exactly what both my mother and I needed as her guilt for asking me to do things was building up so much. This allowed her the freedom to just be and have as much help as she needed depending on how she felt each day. She loved her beautiful suite, the personal care, and the home cooked meals – she loved telling me each day what she got to eat, and I loved the smell of whatever they were making for dinner when I showed up after work. So much fresh food and the ability to request her PB&J sandwiches, ice cream, and salads. Whatever she wanted whenever she wanted. As her cancer spread her behavior changed and the staff were so kind and catered to her needs. I can’t imagine going through this experience with my mother without the staff here – they truly cared for me and my family too. I was often alone when I was with my mother but never felt alone as they not only checked on her constantly, but they checked on me too. I can proudly say I made many new friends during one of the most difficult times of my life. I will be forever grateful to Tami, Tiffanie, Kelly, Tuesdae, Megan, Crystal, Casey, Kayla, and so many more…

I have been in Healthcare for almost 20 years now. I have worked and been around all different environments and the first time I came to Creekstone I was in love with the small community feel. Tiffanie and Tami have been nothing but welcoming to Families and even Employees. I would recommend Creekstone to anyone, looking for a Friendly and inviting place to bring your Family Member too.

I would like to thank Tami and Tiffanie and their staff for the many hours of vigilant care for my mother during her last days. This home is well run and is a comfortable place with a home-like ambience for Seniors with dementia/Alzheimers. The care-givers are skilled and patient & kind. Marilyn

Creekstone is one of a kinda. The atmosphere is unlike anything I have see before. The staff is caring and nurturing they are in constant contact with management in regards to resident needs and concerns. Management is one of a kind, they truly care for not only their residents and their well beings but they truly care for their staff and their well being.

When my mothers health deteriorated to the point that I couldnt care for her at home anymore, I started looking for a nice place for her to stay. I was pretty familiar with care facilities, because my husband and I recently went through the same thing with his mother. Since Creekstone Care Assisted Living is new, I decided to look into it. I was very impressed. The place is beautifully decorated, and not crowded. There are 4 separate homes in a row, each with 7 private bedrooms. I loved the head nurse who showed me around. She expressed that they love it when family visits often so that the people arent lonely. I felt that my mother would get a lot of love there.
