Moved my mother there two weeks ago. Hall carpets are stained and need to be cleaned. Gives poor impression to visitors. Staff is friendly. Assisted Living could use more staff to meet the needs.

Brookdale is a warm and caring environment that is upbeat and positive. It is expertly managed and the staff goes out of their way to make family feel welcome and residents feel special. It is a wonderful home away from home for my mom.

My mother lived most of her last 2 years at Brookdale. I can’t say enough about Joe Green and the rest of the staff. It was a wonderful place for her.

Brookdale finally washed the windows of the Manor after three and half years. Now it appears that most of the windows have lost there insulation integrity, they are all smoky. This building is over twenty seven years old and needs many upgrades. The attic insulation has settled and not up to code. The cooling system is under designed for current outdoor temperatures. The pool has been down for a year waiting for parts.

Beautiful well-maintained community, and grounds, wonderful employees and top-notch resident care. Knowing that the employee and resident COVID-19 vaccination percentages are 100% is fantastic! You can tell the employees care about themselves and those they take care of. Way to go, Brookdale Canyon Lakes! Id move my loved ones here, no doubt!!

This is true community! My father, my sister and I recently went on a two day whirlwind tour of several independent and assisted living retirement communities in the Tri Cities, Washington area and this place beat them all! Kind, caring, professional staff and very friendly residents. From the moment you step through the doors it has a completely different vibe. My father, who was reluctant to start this journey, was ready to commit to this community by the end of the tour!

My grandmother Margaret lives here ever since my dear grandfather (Stephen Gordon) went to be with the Lord. She loves it there! We miss them both and so glad she found a great place like this.

I used to be an associate at Brookdale Canyon Lakes and I think this is the best community I have ever been involved with. From the staff to every resident there is a feeling of community in every activity, whether having a meal to putting on a community talent show.
