I have been a resident for 2 years and although I was a little hesitant at first I have felt so welcome And so comfortable. I have been part of This Week at Canyon Lakesfilming. I love the filming, I love the fun. I'm pretty much of a ham and I look forward to that every week. The residents here are so awesome. And if you want to be cared for by the best staff, from the top down, you need to come to Brookdale Canyon Lakes. You cannot go wrong.

Brookdale Canyon Lakes is the definition of a community. From the constant activities for residents, to staff engagement, there’s so much light and love here. The building is open and bright, inviting you in with soft colors and happy people. Residents are actively involved in what happens, with concerts, a news type segment, trivia and more! Highly recommended!

Well-run, comfortable place for seniors. It smells refreshing and inviting.. not like some facilities, I’ve walked through. The atmosphere is beautiful and nicely decorated. The floors and walls remind me of a modern home, very inviting. They have wonderful staff, everyone is friendly and caring. The fitness program, pool and activities are fun and keep the residents busy.

In my experience in the senior care industry, I've been really impressed with Brookdale Canyon Lakes in Kennewick, WA. The staff there truly stands out”they're not just doing a job, they're genuinely invested in the well-being and happiness of every resident. This commitment is visible in their daily interactions and the positive atmosphere they foster. The facility and homes are lovely and kept in excellent condition. The grounds are absolutely beautiful with lots of walking paths and places to enjoy the beautiful Tricities weather. The residents have an impressive variety of activities that cater to different interests and keep them active and engaged both in the facility and off site. They combine attentive care with excellent facilities and a robust program of activities, all of which contribute to a high-quality living experience for seniors.

Mom is as happy as she can be at this time of her 90-year old life. Brookdale Canyon Lakes has a lovely setting with dedicated staff and a freshened up interior. We "kids" appreciate all they do for our Mom.

My mom loves it at Brookdale Canyon Lakes. She’s lived there for three years. She enjoys taking advantage of the amenities and travel. She had so much fun during the community’s cruise to Alaska this summer and just went on the three day tour to the San Juan Islands this month. Besides the travel opportunities, they always have something fun going on in the community. The positives: the restaurant style dining, the pool and exercise classes, attentive management, tenure of staff, the incredible grounds, and (especially) the dedicated staff.

Moved my mother there two weeks ago. Hall carpets are stained and need to be cleaned. Gives poor impression to visitors. Staff is friendly. Assisted Living could use more staff to meet the needs.

Brookdale is a warm and caring environment that is upbeat and positive. It is expertly managed and the staff goes out of their way to make family feel welcome and residents feel special. It is a wonderful home away from home for my mom.

My mother lived most of her last 2 years at Brookdale. I can’t say enough about Joe Green and the rest of the staff. It was a wonderful place for her.

Brookdale finally washed the windows of the Manor after three and half years. Now it appears that most of the windows have lost there insulation integrity, they are all smoky. This building is over twenty seven years old and needs many upgrades. The attic insulation has settled and not up to code. The cooling system is under designed for current outdoor temperatures. The pool has been down for a year waiting for parts.
