I have worked at Mallard Landing for a yr now through the agency and boy oh boy, this place is good. As an agency I have gotten a chance to move around other facilities and this place is by far the best place I have worked so far. I like the staff too. If I quit agency, this is one place I would apply for a permanent job. Good job mallard.

My mom moved into Mallard Landing about a year and a half ago. She had come from a family home which was so boring and did not give her any type of activity besides watching tv (she was asked to turn the tv volume down so the owners could sleep). At ML she has new friends, plays cards nearly every day, enjoys meals in the dining room, is encouraged to be out and about as much as possible. She has a small studio that we’ve decorated and she feels at home there. She is on many medications and they have been good about getting them to her in a timely manner. The facility is tucked into a residential neighborhood and the smaller size lends to a warm family feeling. I would recommend it to those looking for a smaller, friendly and loving environment for their loved ones.

the staff is not trained very well and management is very disorganized and there is very little comunication to make sure residents are safe they dont make sure caregives have food handler cards before going into kitchen to handle food

While we do not have a loved one living here we love the staff and appreciate all they have done for our family. My late husband passed away a year ago early this month and they graciously allowed us to host his Celebration of Life here. They were accommodating to all our needs and made a very difficult time easier with all their tender caring. They are all about community. Thank You Andrea Pineda for all you did to make this day so very special for our whole family, RIP Ken Askelson, loving husband father, son, brother, & friend!

Absolutely love love this place! They always take great care of Grandpa and the staff always goes above and beyond to help! We eat lunch here once a week and the food and staff is AMAZING!!!

This is such a beautiful place! The management team work great together and the staff are friendly and caring. Ive only been with Mallard since May of 2017 and I already feel like family here. The residents are wonderful and Im so glad I choose me to work here! We are just one big happy family!
