Creekside Place has become home for my in-laws! I would highly recommend this place for anyone with dementia! The staff is so caring! My mother-in-law loves to tease the nurses, and they always play along! They have delicious, nutritious meals! They take care of hygiene, and medication needs for my in-laws. The outings my in-laws have been taken on are so special to them! They've had opportunities to go dancing, out to movies, and to restaurants! This place, and these people have been a blessing to our family! So grateful!

Spent an hour and a half touring this very nice facility. We met a few of the happy residents and everyone had a smile on their faces. Gorgeous coutyard and an abundance of activities for every level of memory care needs. We will be moving Mom here very soon.

The most difficult thing I have ever done was to place my Mother in Memory care... especially during Covid. We were blessed beyond words to find Creekside, the love and compassion for their clients is just heart warming. I have found the staff to be just wonderful to work with. My Mom is safe, happy, and very well cared for, I could not ask for more.

I left a larger community to work closer to home in Battle Ground. Little did I know that this would be one of my favorite jobs!!! My coworkers are amazing, the renovations to become a memory care community are beautiful and Amanda our Administrator is awesome! I adore our friends who live here and their families have been amazing!

I have an aunt here... she is well taken care of... she loves the staff as they are so friendly and really care about the well being of her.... The managers are wonderful communicators and go the extra mile to make you feel good about needing to place your family member in an establishment! Id recommend this place 100%!

I look forward to visiting myself. My mother resides here, and so far she loves it. We havent had any trouble with her medications, food, or staff. In fact, the staff (Mikey--thank you!!) were able to set up a zoom call for Mothers Day for the family. The other family members drop by and fill her bird feeder, since were all in quarantine right now. Thank you for making her time here a good and peaceful transition from her former home.
