As a healthcare worker and a caretaker for two family members with dementia, my expectations were guarded when we made the decision to move Mom into Creekside. Between work experience and Mom’s journey with Assisted Living I was preparing to be heavily involved in her day to day care but in a short amount of time, I realized Creekside was a special place. We couldn’t be more grateful and Blessed to have Mom in a home that actually enjoys getting to know her, sees her as an individual, laughs with her, dances with her and meets her where she’s at, even when she’s feisty. The staff are incredible, so patient and helpful even with helicopter daughters :). Because of Creekside, I have been able to take the space I need and give Mom the space she needed to become part of this amazing community. So fun to watch the residents enjoying their days with activities or soaking up a beautiful day in the amazing courtyard. Thank you Creekside!

My siblings and I recently looked into having our father join the Creekside community as a resident. Rebecca gave us two wonderful tours. We loved the various ways they reached out to residents on a personal level, from the tactile surfaces on the hall walls, to the stuffies in the hall and the wonderful personal touches like the man cave, the nursery, and the underwater niches. When my brother and I stopped by for lunch Queen Lueen, Amaris, Jill, and Sebi all went above and beyond to reach out to us and our father. Bren and Madison were also patient and understanding in the pre assessment phase. Although, Dad was unable to join the Creekside community due to circumstances outside our control, we highly recommend it. Thank you Rebecca and staff. You made our journey with Dad more bearable.

My mother had dementia for many years and when I could no longer safely take care of her, Creekside became her home. The time that she spent here is almost indescribable because of the relief I felt knowing she was safe and well cared for at such a challenging time. This staff cares!!! All employees work very hard caregiving and at the same time always had a smile and a pleasant comment about my mom. This is not easy to take care of people who are confused and cannot help themselves. Creekside Place gave some peace of mind and support at a very difficult time and I heartily recommend their services if your family needs this support Thanks to all the staff - you are appreciated

I recently toured Creekside Place Memory Care with Rebecca, and it was such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how special she is, she greeted every resident by name and showed true kindness and compassion in every interaction. You could literally see residents light up when they saw her. The community felt very home-like, and the residents all seemed happy, comfortable, and genuinely engaged in activities. I especially liked the life skills stations. They were thoughtful, purposeful, and clearly designed with residents’ dignity and independence in mind. Creekside Place truly feels like a place where residents are known, loved, and well cared for.

Creekside is a memory care facility unlike any other I’ve seen. It’s set up like a cozy home, not an institution. The residents appear well cared for, respected, and maintain a level of safe independence. The staff is friendly, caring, and work as a team. The facility is in good repair, clean, and the rooms are practical residences for those requiring care. The staff's tenure, on average, is measured in years, so care is consistent and the staff reliable--more than reliable, genuinely caring. I've been very grateful for the staff's compassion for my mom and their attention to her needs. For anybody unfortunate enough to have a parent or other in need of memory care, this is definitely someplace to consider, and probably, select.

Creekside Place has become home for my in-laws! I would highly recommend this place for anyone with dementia! The staff is so caring! My mother-in-law loves to tease the nurses, and they always play along! They have delicious, nutritious meals! They take care of hygiene, and medication needs for my in-laws. The outings my in-laws have been taken on are so special to them! They’ve had opportunities to go dancing, out to movies, and to restaurants! This place, and these people have been a blessing to our family! So grateful!

Spent an hour and a half touring this very nice facility. We met a few of the happy residents and everyone had a smile on their faces. Gorgeous coutyard and an abundance of activities for every level of memory care needs. We will be moving Mom here very soon.

The most difficult thing I have ever done was to place my Mother in Memory care... especially during Covid. We were blessed beyond words to find Creekside, the love and compassion for their clients is just heart warming. I have found the staff to be just wonderful to work with. My Mom is safe, happy, and very well cared for, I could not ask for more.

I have an aunt here... she is well taken care of... she loves the staff as they are so friendly and really care about the well being of her.... The managers are wonderful communicators and go the extra mile to make you feel good about needing to place your family member in an establishment! I’d recommend this place 100%!

The place is understaffed. They can't keep a cook. The manager fires or drives the good people away (sally). She treated my mother awful. Keeping her in her room. When obviously she did not have covet. I can go on... let me know if anyone has questions. There are good people that work there. But the manager sucks.

I look forward to visiting myself. My mother resides here, and so far she loves it. We haven't had any trouble with her medications, food, or staff. In fact, the staff (Mikey--thank you!!) were able to set up a zoom call for Mother's Day for the family. The other family members drop by and fill her bird feeder, since we're all in quarantine right now. Thank you for making her time here a good and peaceful transition from her former home.

I LIVED HERE FOR SEVERAL MONTHS AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. MED TECHS GIVE WRONG PILLS AND THEY ARE STILL WORKING THERE. KITCHEN COOKS ARE A DISASTER AND COME AND GO OFTEN AND STAFF IS NEVER AROUND FOR DAYS ON END. HOUSEKEEPING IS VERY LIGHT.. TRANSPORTATION AND ACTIVITIES ARE ANYONE'S GUESS, EVEN APPOINTMENTS TO DOCTORS CAN BE SO LIMITED AS THEIR VAN IS ONLY ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE ONE WHEEL CHAIR AND TWO PEOPLE. STAY AWAY
