My grandmother has been living at Green Meadow for almost a year now. I can't say enough about the care that she gets there. When I first went, the thing I noticed was a lack of the "nursing home smell." Everything is clean, and I like that it is small. I've never seen or heard anything negative towards any of the patients in all of the times that I've visited. And they don't just take a cookie-cutter approach - one example is that Grandma has some dietary issues and they have figured out what does / does not work for her. I'm not sure I could give a higher recommendation.

My father who has been at Green Meadows AFH for the last five years due to a stroke and has been doing quite well. The Nita’s have taken great care of him and he is now 90 years young. They have always kept me informed of his needs and appointments and have been a great support in arranging his transportation as he is no longer ambulatory. Green Meadows is a very clean and professional atmosphere with the comforts of home. The Nita’s are very knowledgeable and they have been a great resource of information to us as we navigated our first experiences with my Dad in assisted living. We are fortunate to have found such a well run, professional AFH for our Father.

My husband has been in this facility with Parkinsons for almost 2 years… I go almost every day, and have had absolutely no complaints…. They have a wonderful caring staff, who also care about and help me… But Ill tell you what he has said to me… About a year ago, after he was adjusted to being in a wheelchair and needing help he said If I have to be away from our home, this is where I would have chosen… Recently he got a twinkle in his eye and said You know, even if they told me I could go home, I dont think I would want to… They really spoil me here Those are his words…and I couldnt agree more !!!

My mom has lived here for over 4 years and has received excellent care. She can't do anything for herself and they keep her very clean, no body smells, no bed sores and nails clean and trimmed. I thank God every day that I found this home for her. She had to go to the ER one night and they told me they never see patients from homes that are as clean and well cared for as mom.
