The place is well put togeather! Looks very nice, and new. Just very low in staff not able to get proper care to the residents with such low staff. The pay is okay if you are an cna, and have done it for an long time. Lots of favoritism shown with higher management with other staff members.

I work as a nurse here and think its a great place, not to mention extremely rewarding and fulfilling. The residents are amazing, the families are wonderful an appreciative, the staff are very professional, caring, and dedicated to the care and well being of each and every resident. The Crossings definitely focuses on a team approach so exceptional care is delivered 24/7. The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting from the moment you walk in the door and are greeted with a warm smile from the concierge. The food is amazing, resident activities are well thought out and top notch, and the entire facility is immaculately maintained to the highest levels possible. Bottom line, The Crossings goes a step above to ensure resident and employee satisfaction.
