So when I first started working at this place I gave it five stars because I thought it was going to be a great place to work. However I've taken a star away mostly because of the new management and how they seem more concerned about saving money than they do having happy employees. I had some family emergencies that I absolutely had to attend to and therefore had to miss work, this was after I caught covid for the first time from one of the residents there that I knew was sick but was still made to go in and help without PPE the day before he tested positive. I think I should have been given a little bit of leeway and understanding instead of the owner refusing to talk to me or having anything to do with me. It was a horrible experience but it's still a good place with good people there.

I love it there! Honestly!! The environment is very lively! Lots of laughters and amazing people! Specially their stories!! I worked there as a CNA/ Med Tech and I loved every minute of it! Specially getting to know every one of my beautiful residents! Even those who have passed on! Such an amazing facility they really do make it feel like your apart of a big family!

My Dad came to the facility about a year and a half ago, we loved the staff and the ED. She was so kind and understood what we were going through as she had been in the same situation with her own mother. The care was wonderful while she was there! The nurse who has left I think her name was Annette was so caring and loving, her smile would brighten up the room. I dont know why she left, but I am sure its because of the corporate structure and money. Covid hit and they locked everyone in their rooms per state regulations or owners, I dont know. But my dad went down hill and missed his friends terribly. I think keeping them away from each other was a horrible decision. As for the new management? Really??? The nurse id rude and never there, the new Director is a young as my son and doesnt know the elderly from a hole in his head. The place is not as warm nor friendly. We came there because of the previous management and staff. Even the billing is wrong, being charged for services he never received. Its just gone down hill and we are scared to even say anything as to the repercussions. Would not recommend it.

I started working here about 2 months ago as a server and it is great! The entire staff is very welcoming and friendly. I have made many friends. The residents are so sweet and grateful. The staff makes sure to have daily activities to keep the residents entertained. The kitchen staff all work well together in order to get yummy nutritional meals to the residents three times a day on time. Our new Executive Director is amazing and really getting the building on a great track! All the staff care so much for the residents and will continue to give high standard care.

The Wentworth at East Millcreek is such a wonderful place to work, and an amazing location. Our executive director Brock Is such an amazing spritely young man, he cares deeply about all of our residents and he’s so fun to work with. Teresa our activities director is so passionate about offering the greatest experiences to our residence, she has the most creative activities every day! Angel our culinary director makes the tastiest meals every single day. Sal and Susan from our nursing department are truly adored by all of our amazing residence! And Sierra our business office manager is such an amazing professional young woman who is willing to help anywhere she can!

As one of many that are fortunate enough to serve at the Wentworth East Millcreek I must say that I truly love it here. We have a pretty active schedule of activities ranging from artistic moments, fitness that can even tire me out and a wide range of several other fun things to do. Boredom clearly doesnt have a chance here 🙂 The residents are amazing and offer so much friendship and support to one another. Truth be told they become our dearest of friends and often part of our extended family. This place is filled with kindness, patience and lots of heart!

The Wentworth at East Millcreek is a small, home like community. Under the leadership of Brock, the new Executive Director, the team does a great job of caring for the residents. The team did an incredible job caring for the residents during the recent wind storm and subsequent power loss. This event showed the true colors of the team at The Wentworth at East Millcreek.

This is a great place to bring your loved ones. Staff are friendly and they take really good care of the residents. They have a awesome activities director, that plans activities and games for the residents, so they are somewhat active. The food is good here too!

This cute community has captured my heart and feels so warm and welcoming right when you walk in. Sal the Resident Care Director is one of the most dedicated and committed people I have ever met in senior living. She knows so much and does so much. Teresa, is always a 110% with resident engagement and does such a beautiful job of gathering the community together yet making everyone feel special individually. Sierra has always been so helpful and happy, she is the dream of office management and customer service. Angel is a quiet but determined chef, who is always up to making the residents day that much more delicious...Ive been lucky enough to enjoy some of the left overs! Jordan, is quick to respond to a residents maintenance request and is a big part to why that place looks so good. Susan the DHW, is perfectly perfect for that community. She has such a loving heart for the residents there and the detail to care that every family member looks for. Brock is the new Executive Director there and has already added so much life, fun, and supportive leadership. I love visiting there! Basically if cloning existed, I would start with the team at East Millcreek!

The Wentworth at East Millcreek is an amazing community. It has a homey atmosphere with dedicated staff. The food is great. Everyone works together as a team. They have a new executive director-Brock-who is focused on communication with family members. They have a new nurse Susan who is focused on staff training and communication and care delivery. Under their leadership, East Millcreek is a great place to live and a great place to work.

My mom has been at the Wentworth at East Millcreek since early May. It has been a bumpy adjustment for her, largely because of Covid-19 and the precautions that must be taken to keep residents and staff safe. Overall, I have been impressed with staff members Ive interacted with. I believe most of them are doing the very best they can, and I believe most of them truly care about Mom. The purpose of this review is to highlight Sonia Dehais, who has truly gone above and beyond to help Mom feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. Mom feels she has a true friend in Sonia. That means so much to her, and to me. One example: Mom was recently rushed to the hospital by ambulance, with no time to gather any belongings. Because of the pandemic, of course I was not allowed to go inside the Wentworth to get anything for her. I gave Sonia a list of things Mom needed, and she gathered those items through the night. She said Mom didnt have any clean clothes (which was worrisome to me, but thats another topic for another time), and so she washed them! She also included a few things I didnt ask for (some candy Mom likes, and some special photos), and Mom was so happy about that. This is just one example of how Sonia has gone the extra mile. If i could leave this place 10 stars i would! My uncle loves it and everyone is so nice and helpful. They truly care about the people they are caring for. If you are looking for a place for a loved one i highly recommend this place.

My mom passed away Monday 4-30-2018. She lived at the Wentworth at East Mill creek for two years and four months. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. The staff was so kind to my mom and took such good care of her. It was a comfort to know that as she became less able to do things, that she was able to stay at the Wentworth until her passing. Thank you employees for helping and caring for a wonderful mother.
