Melissa did an amazing job getting our father into Juniper in record time. We were in an emergency situation, new to the area, and she expedited his admission. Her can do attitude made it happen! He has received great care and we know hes in good hands.

My Dad was at this facility for a few years, until he required more nursing care. I was generally happy with the staff and the property was always clean.

My mother has been recovering there for five months. The place is clean everywhere, including rooms, showers, and dining area. The staff communicates well with patients and families. Every time I walk in, nursing provides an update of my mom's status. Everyone is compassionate and acts as if my mom was their only patient. In addition to all that, the food is high quality, tasty and nutritious. If you are lucky enough to score a bed at this place, take it.

I like Brookdale Alamo Heights. I'm fine with their care, their services, and what they have. It's nice and clean. They all seem to like the food there. It's well kept. We liked the medicine management, and that they have daily activities for my mom to participate in. It seems like it's a pretty good fit for her. It has a skilled nursing area as well if she reaches that point. The staff is good. We're happy with the food.

When people ask how my mom is doing since she moved to Brookdale Alamo Heights, I can honestly say, "She's happy". It seems to me that she is happier now that she has been in a long time. She told us yesterday that she has much less stress than when she was living at home. She tells us often that she likes the food, the people, the activities, and her room is just perfect for her.

Brookdale Alamo Heights was nice and clean. The staff was pleasant, and it was very centrally located being close to downtown, grocery store, and restaurants, but it was a little bit more expensive than the other ones we visited. The person who assisted us was very nice and informative.

It was OK but they lack communication skills among their co workers and they always work short staff and Luke to get rid if the decent and the hard workers.they need to be looked into seriously.not a bad place to work tho.

Brookdale Alamo Heights was very nice. The food was delicious. The lady that waited on us was actually the head cook and was delightful to talk to. The room of the gentleman I had lunch with was very nice. It had a really nice balcony that overlooked a courtyard. There were single units and double units. The food was very good and had two main courses and two types of salad. They brought all of the food to you freshly prepared. We went into this big, private eating room just reserved for us. The rest of the people were being served in a big dining area. I was very excited about it.

I loved Brookdale at Alamo Heights. I cared for my father at home until He was too sick for me to care for. At Brookdale he was treated respectfully and kindly. He was always clean snd shaved and his room was clean. He loved the Nurses Aid that cared for him daily. The staff was friendly and caring and always greeted my family warmly and kindly. They cried with me when he died. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I am a resident here and I think it deserves 4 stars. By the way, our apts. are what we make of it - cozy and comfortable or very bland and not welcoming. After all, our personality should show through! I do appreciate that Brookdale is not a Nursing home but our home.

My mother stayed at Brookdale Alamo Heights. I was very pleased with the care that she received and the staff. Being a larger community, they had assisted living for the regular residents and skilled nursing or a nursing home section, and, of course, there were more activities. They actually had two activities directors. The amenities there were a lot different from what you would find in a home because they had more residents and more money to spend. They had activities like scenic drives and parties. They had church service on Sundays. Groups came in and performed during holidays. They would play games. It was a totally different environment. The residents in the assisted living do a lot more for themselves, which my mother could do in the beginning. It was a good place. They had trips to the stores, Wednesday lunch dates, and sometimes they went to movies. I was very pleased with it.

My parents are in a facility right now. They're in Emeritus at Lincoln Heights. It's a very nice facility. It's clean and up-to-date. I would give it high marks on the environment. The working staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would give them high marks also. Food though is mediocre but it's all right.

The lady that gave us a tour in Emeritus at Lincoln Heights was lovely. The facility seemed fine. The dining hours and food all seemed very nice and the dining room seemed lovely. The little apartments were lovely and seemed very nice. They had daily activities. I would recommend them to others

We got a room for my mom at Emeritus at Lincoln Heights and she will be moving in tonight to a furnished room with mechanical hospital bed with TV, private phone, fridge and microwave. It is homey and totally nice. The staff so far is nice. They will take care of her based on what her needs are. I haven't eaten there but the menu looks nice. I would recommend it to others.

This place is within seven minutes drive from my sister's place. It's nice and clean. It looks like sort of a nice apartment complex. The people seemed to be very nice. The rooms are fine. The price doesn't seem to be unreasonable for what we've looked at and what we've talked to these people about . I would say it's price is moderately reasonable.

This place is amazing, considering the type of service that it provides. My husband's grandmother lived here for roughly two years, and they have some of the best employees. The service she received was attentive and consistent, and they always tried very hard to ensure that she was happy and cared for. The activities they had were varied and enjoyable for Granny. Whenever we would visit, we got to hear about her winning money at bingo games or the pretty birds they have in the lobby near the entrance. When Granny began to decline mentally, she was moved into the Alzheimer's wing of the facility, and the treatment she received there was as good, if not better. Granny never was upset when she was there, and the staff ensured that she was always stimulated with activities, conversation or group interactions. I could not think of a better place to have Granny when she was in her final days, as the employees as this facility truly cared about Granny as a person, not just another patient.
