This is a wonderful facility for your loved one. The people here will treat and make them feel at home. But I must give a highly appreciated praise to Mrs. Letetia Heard. She is amazing. When you may think your love one won’t receive the care they deserve, she goes above and beyond to make it happen. Mrs. Heard will listen to you and your concerns. She shows her love on and off the clock. That is one of the things I love about her. She considers you and your family members a part of her family. If we only had more people in this world that care like her!

Our family is extremely grateful for Letetia Heard (Tia). She is a wonderful help in the facility & fought to help our grandmother / mother Mrs. Freeman get approval and benefits for her overall health & well-being. Tia is a kindhearted individual with such a radiating positive aura surrounding her. Any kind of concerns and assistance we may need, she is always willing to help almost immediately.
