I’ve been living at Franklin Park Alamo Heights for a year now. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’m money ahead from owning and maintaining a house, much less all the money for food, maintenance, transportation, etc. I’ve traveled extensively, the food her is as good as any restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. I consider the staff to all be my friends, which says a lot. I’m in the smallest one bedroom unit, and it’s a delight. It’s better than any apartment I’ve lived in, in my 78 years. I can’t say enough about how happy I , and my dog, like this place.

Franklin Park is first class when it comes to their service, amenities and living choices. I was blown away with how spacious and beautiful the rooms were. The residents really seemed to be enjoying themselves!

Beautiful place. The ballroom is lovely-- a wonderful room for parties or even weddings. Elegant chandeliers and a dance floor. The staff was so friendly as were the residents.
