Nice and quiet I've been here 3 yrs now. I do love it here, but this new manager needs to work in a warehouse. She can't keep ppl here. And now she's the reason I'll move next year. You need to get rid of here.

Evergreen Plano has the BEST support staff! My air conditioner died one afternoon and my apartment was unbearably hot. Maintenance came immediately, determined that it could not be fixed and immediately replaced it.

Sure would like the rent to not go up every year. That is the only thing I would change. All of us are on fixed income, and when the rent goes up our income doesn't go as much.

I have lived here for almost 8 years and am so pleased to live here. The grounds are kept beautifully and the help is super. I love our new management --yeah for Victoria! I am always grateful for how well they take care of us--where else could you live and they would come and put a new ceiling lightbulb in for you.I am grateful that they have hired a new maintenance man as they were overwhelmed before. There are only a few suggestions I have: The buildings need to be repainted since they are looking a little shabby on the outside. I am so appreciative of how well they maintain the grounds though. I wish they would repaint parts of my apartment on the inside--touch ups--even for a fee--it is looking worn. I need a new dishwashing machine and have asked and asked for one. I have to wash my dishes before I put them in the machine. It is old and barely works. I wish they would put rails up to keep us from falling on apartments from 3112 to 3106. It gets soooo slippery in the halls when it is humid or rains. It is REALLY dangerous. But other than that I am totally happy and grateful for living here! I have had the privilege of living in the Evergreen Plano community for 13 years. I feel completely at home here. The property is attractive and well maintained. We have an outstanding management staff who goes out of their way to make sure we enjoy our home at Evergreen. We have frequent, well-planned social events that usually include live entertainment and a nice meal. We celebrate all holidays and special occasions, including monthly birthday parties. Our management team practices an open door policy and seldom seems too busy to welcome us in to discuss any concern we have or just for a quick hello. Even the pups who live at Evergreen look forward to stopping by the managers office for a treat. In addition to our outstanding management staff, we have a maintenance team second to none. They take pride in keeping our home clean and well maintained. We all appreciate our maintenance team. I can’t close without mentioning our lovely grounds that are maintained by professional landscapers who plant lovely seasonal flowers and foliage. Oh! I almost forgot to mention exercise classes held three days per week by a professional trainer. As you can guess from the length of my review, I am quite happy and proud of my Evergreen home.

Rent increases are killing me. The way Churchill is gigging seniors on FiXED incomes is unfair and unconscionable.

SOME GOOD; some still need work such as: I have lived here for 12 years (Evergreen at Plano). When we call the office, we rarely get a live answer! Leaving a message most of the time does not get answered! I have started sending emails and that seems to work better! No one from the office walks this property ever! I live in Building 3: there are lights that are out, trash that is blowing around (except on days that Sammy Galindo works and sweeps every floor)! I personally write down the outside Garage and Carport numbers that have lights out and email this info to Victoria and Saray! They eventually get replaced but the other parts of the property where lights are out, don’t get replaced because they don’t get called in! The staff here HAS done well in getting people to stop leaving their garage sale items OFF the benches and leaving their mops and brooms outside propped up against their front doors! Our elevators still remain a big problem elevator #3 was down for a month right before Christmas!! And this problem remains a problem all year long!! My rent went up almost $100 for the coming year! That is $95 more for me to pay to live here but the same problems are facing us every day! Our garages are full of leaves etc. and are rarely if ever swept out unless by one of us renters! It would really be nice if CHURCHILL would answer the phone when we call no one has ever answered a call from me in 12 years!!

I enjoy living here. The office staff is great, easy to work with and you can tell they are really trying and care about us. I enjoy the freedom to come and go as necessary and maintenance guys are friendly and efficient.

I moved to Evergreen of Plano in June of 2022. That is when I first met Saray Mariscal, but due to the pandemic.we only communicated through emails, So I never really got a chance to know her until I moved in.and it's been and rewarding experience she's very knowledgeable in all aspects of legal matters when ever any one has a problem with their phone or paper work we all look for Saray, and I'm so happy Evergreen of Plano has her here and I love her, besides, with out her we all who come to know her would miss her sincerely, she's become a very passionate person to us all and we would never want to lose her So from the bottom of my heart I thank you Saray

I moved here 2 years. The staff is friendly and accommodating. If there is a problem, they take care of it immediately. I totally recommend this Senior Complex. This new manager Victoria Cortez stand in business. She is great. Her Assistant Saray handles business, just ask her.

The property is nice enough, and Chris was really helpful although it took multiple tries to get all of the needed forms. Seray, however, is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. She couldn't be bothered to answer questions regarding the application, only stating that it's in the qualifying criteria. These are seniors that need help, not a bad attitude. I can only imagine how residents are treated.

My parents live here and it's so nice! Always clean, grounds well cared for, friendly helpful staff. If there is an issue, they take care of it right away. Lots of activities available to those who want it.

I'm having trouble understanding why deterrent gates are open 24 hours a-day allowing riff-raff access onto the property. My mother had her car broken into when the gates were open during the day. Broad daylight. I understand when gates are open for mechanical issues or inclement weather but these have been open for weeks and weeks on end with no resolution. Why are residents financially esponsible for obtaining fobs when the gates are open on the regular. Please communicate what's happening with the gates and give your residents some peace of mind since they've chosen to move into a gated community.
