We can not say enough good things about The Healthcare Resort. The way the staff run the facility is so smooth. Every interaction with staff was so friendly and warm. We felt like they were transparent with the care and services they would provide and went above and beyond.

My father has been here for several weeks. The truth is Medicare does not pay enough for any of these types of places to have the type of staff numbers and resources that any of us would like and naïvely expect. That being said, this place has made the very most out of what they have and they do what they can. I am a small business owner, and I can tell you a business is nothing more than some paperwork you file with the state. The real business are the people that come to work every day. This place has great people. If you give them a chance they will surprise you. They care and they listen.

Extremely great staff. I believe these people to be heros. They have such amazing staff there. The staff have endured many tribulations and struggles and have continued to work through a pandemic. Sent my loved on here and the staff went above and beyond. I was kept in the loop as the social worker gave me updates. Extremely impressed. 5/5 stars!

My mom had to choose between multiple facilities when she was discharged from the hospital and this one was on the list. So glad she chose it. They have been so wonderful and the staff has been so friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

My dad recently had a short stay at this resort and with COVID I was very worried about his care. The staff took all the right precautions and always updated me. If you want to take your loved one to a place where you know you will always be updated on their care, then this is the place.

I took my mother here for a two week stay and every time I check in with her she has nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the staff. She tells me how great the nurses are and how they will sometimes sit and talk with her to make sure shes as comfortable as she can be. 10, 10 would recommend.

I have had to put my mother in multiple skilled nursing facilities. This by far is the best one she has ever been too. First off, I have been able to communicate with the administrator by phone whenever I have a question or concern and he immediately answers and fixes it. My mom absolutely loves nurse Ashley. She is so kind and patient and makes my mom feel so comfortable and cared for. Thanks for actually having people that love to work in healthcare.

I have been in the healthcare industry for nearly 4 years. I have worked and seen many skilled nursing facilities. Many of which are old and need a lot of repair. This facility is gorgeous. The amazing part about this facility is how much the staff truly cares. They had a change of management recently and I can see and feel a difference. The therapy team is outstanding, the nurses and aides truly care, housekeepers pay close attention to detail. They take covid extremely seriously and have done a great job protecting those that they are entrusted to take care of. 5, 5 stars!

Being a first time rehabilitation patient, I didnt know what to expect. I originally went to a well known, hospital affiliated rehab facility. There, compassion, care and innovation were non existent so my husband and I quickly decided to look for other locations. Upon our first call to The Healthcare Resort of Plano, we both knew that this facility was the right one for me. The intake team worked so hard to get me approved and admitted. Once I arrived, the nursing staff, social services team, restaurant team and all others welcomed us with open arms. The staff all provide warm, compassionate care that makes you feel like youve known them for years. Scott, the CEO, is very hands on and will assist his staff or guests with anything. The therapy team helped me regain my strength and ability to walk. I feel like this facility changed my life. They gave me a sense of comfort during such a difficult transition. They are truly doing great work!
