Very roomy and spacious for a one bedroom. Modern, dishwasher, ice machine in the refrigerator everything works efficient and properly! My front porch is my favorite place to have my morning coffee and read the news paper. Only thing...I would feel more safer if we had an on site security guard at night although, there haven't been any incidents that I'm aware of. To size it up I love my Inez Tims Community!
