My wife and I, 84 and 80 years of age respectively, have been Vantage residents since January 13, 2023. We had looked around Fort Worth for a place where we could deposit ourselves with the reasonable expectation of spending the remainder of our lives in caring and competent hands. Suffice it to say that the most likely single reason why we chose The Vantage at Cityview as that depository was our contact with Ms. Tierra Wilson, Director of Sales and Marketing. Everything about Tierra was, and continues to be, special and, by implication, an accurate witness to the quality of The Vantage. Her professionalism, her authentic friendliness, and her demonstrable pro-active commitment to Resident needs are outstanding well beyond the signing of our contract . . . but that's gilding the lily -- how does a person adequately describe perfection? She's special, and likewise The Vantage.

Here I go again.. Lived here in 2015 but my partner decided he wanted to go to my house instead of apartment living, so we did. I spent a ton to remodel the house and now he has to have help I can't supply. I'm going back to the Vantage. Loved it. Much less stress and expenses are significant but home ownership is worse. Can't wait. Willl be nice to have all level of care there as needed. Bigtime plus to all the staff for making my life easier. Moving May 2024, So ready.

My mom lived in memory care for over six years. It's a nice facility and the caretakers seem very compassionate. We moved mom to a different facility four hours away, not because we were not happy with the Vantage. What bothers me is the fact that I received no sympathy card upon my mother's passing. Maybe it isn't policy to send a card when a resident doesn't pass away in a facility but it seemed strange since she had been there over six years. Even the person in charge of memory care commented on how long mom had lived there. If it isn't policy then maybe that should change. I'm very disappointed in this facility after having a relationship with them for so long.

My mother has lived in the Independent Living area of Vantage for almost five years. Initially both my mother and father lived at Vantage, after dad passed away two years ago, it became even more important that mom live somewhere with a kind and vibrant staff. Clayton and Victor do a fabulous job in providing activities and entertainment that appeal to the residents' different interests and abilities. Mom also enjoys the exercise class led by either Nora or Victor. The facility is very clean and the staff does a wonderful job of decorating it for the holidays. There is a lovely outdoor courtyard that provides a safe and welcoming area to walk. The front desk staff is welcoming and the housekeeping staff is kind and efficient ( always assuring my mom that her cat won't escape while they are cleaning her apartment ). A huge bonus and now necessary component to my mom's daily life is that she is able to receive added daily care from the fantastic caregivers from Overture. Mom is able to just receive the bit of care she needs each day- meaning we are not employing a caregiver for a minimum of four hours each day ( which is usually the minimum required by a caregiving company). This lessens her financial burden and encourages independence. Vantage has been a lovely and vibrant home for mom with a great staff, responsive management, and great outdoor area.

Dining Room wait staff: Francisco works very hard. Francisco can run the Bistro by himself. He never hides or runs away when you are trying to get his attention. Louis works very hard in the dining room. Louis is equally efficient to Francisco just a younger work. Housekeeping staff: Sonia strives for complete perfection every time she comes to clean. She never overlooks anything. Maintenance department: Steve is capable of repairing anything. He makes you feel like you are doing him a favor to ask him to fix something. Having settled into an independent living apartment at The Vantage a year ago, I want to share my experiences. The meals are excellent, with an array of dishes that cater to a variety of tastes. The fitness center is exceptional, providing top-notch exercise equipment that contributes to our overall well-being. Furthermore, the comprehensive range of services, especially transportation and housekeeping, truly sets The Vantage apart. A notable mention goes to Mr. Lee, one of our skilled drivers, whose punctuality and courteous demeanor are truly commendable. His anecdotes about growing up in Fort Worth add a personal touch to our journeys. On the housekeeping front, Ms. Johana, my dedicated maid, leaves no corner untouched in her meticulous cleaning, with special emphasis on the kitchen and bathroom, which are always left sparkling. Her warm smile and unwavering attention to detail make the prospect of cleaning days genuinely enjoyable. In sum, The Vantage has truly created an environment that fosters comfort, convenience and a strong sense of community for its residents.

Having placed mom after viewing a few other assisted living options we are happy, and more importantly Mom is happy. The first month of transition was hard, no lie, but now moving into 6th month there she is busy with and plans her days around all the activities. She loves the food and often gives the chef her feedback on new items she loves - they listen. The staff embrace her! Nykima DeLoach-Basey has helped mom tremendously and mom loves her! She understands dementia and the needs mom has and how to direct, or redirect, behavior and stimuli that can arise. Nykima is excellent at communication with family quickly to resolve any questions that arise: plus she is just precious to visit with! Nothing is perfect, and the rating of 4 is darn good! Always can have improvement, but you mention something to the staff and they do their best to help and change.

I had the opportunity to tour The Vantage at Cityview yesterday. I was very impressed by this facility and their staff. The programs and services they offer support the needs of the residents and appear to go above and beyond expectations. I observed the staff positively engaging with the residents on every floor of the tour. The facility was beautifully appointed and welcoming with areas on each floor where the residents were able to visit with their guests and family as well as participate in activities. I would definitely encourage anyone exploring options for assisted living or memory care to visit this facility.

My husband has been a resident at the Memory Care floor for four months, having been looked after solely by myself at home beforehand. The Memory Care floor is well set up with a very long hallway that allows for walking within staff view. There are several areas that allow residents to retreat to if they need time to themselves, as well as common areas where they can interact with other residents. The Director, Jolie, makes herself available during her work hours and even on her days off. She is professional, attentive, listens well, and wants to make sure things run smoothly. There are several staff members that go above and beyond to ensure proper quality of care and go out of their way to engage with the residents. The activity coordinators do an excellent job of providing enrichment and update family on participation. An extra plus is the availability of hospice that provides an extra layer of care and compassion to residents who need it, as well as their family.

She has honest passion and so do all of the other employees here. When I fianlly got to take mom with there, she fell in love with the place as well as Hailey .If you are looking for a place that is active and they show that they truly want for your parent to enjoy themselves and stay active, this is the palce. I just wanted to give a shout out to my neighborhood. I moved to the Vantage in January of 2022. Frankly, I had not intended to move to an independent living complex after I sold my home. I visited just about all of them on the west side of Fort Worth and had decided it was not for me and started looking at condos. Then, I walked into the Vantage and it just felt like home and here I am. Love my apartment - it is exactly what I was looking for. Clayton and his engagement staff (Victor, Nora and Chrisie) are a big reason why I love it here. They have great activities and outings for the residents and are very caring. I've recommended the complex to friends who are beginning to think about moving. I wanted to do a 41/2 star since there is always room for improvement somewhere, but this is one of the best I have found.

We highly recommend the Vantage for any senior living needs. Our family member is very happy there and receives wonderful care. The staff is so good to contact us promptly with any concerns. When they say they are there to help you in any way... they mean it. Most families don't have prior knowledge when dealing with the transition to senior community living and it can be a very overwhelming process. The Vantage provides guidance through the transition process for both residents and families. There isn't going to be a place as familiar to anyone as their own home, but, we have seen how the staff and residents support each other and try to make the community feel like family. The Vantage is a beautiful, well-appointed, social/wellness oriented senior living facility. The amenities, options, layout & grounds were well thought out & designed for the young at heart. Hailey Herrington is a natural at welcoming, communicating with and anticipating the concerns & questions of her clientele. She is gracious, full of personality & represents her facility well. Although The Vantage is not the most expensive of these type of facilities, neither is it inexpensive. Investigating the options available early on demonstrate the importance of planning well for retirement and what it takes to spend your final chapters of life living a socially active, curiosity satisfying, involved lifestyle. Not just talking about money, but also being proactive regarding your health, fitness and maintaining a positive attitude.

My parents have lived in assisted living here, for almost a year. They moved from independent living to the assisted living building. The food has really gone downhill. Ive been with my parents twice this week, as they were going to dinner. Get this: on the menu as a main course was a bologna sandwich! Last night they were served the exact same fried pie that you get at McDonalds. I believe they are cutting expenses and it shows in the food. I also think the chef in there has no experience- things are served overdone, or cold. The staff has a huge turnover rate, which makes me think they arent paid very well. I dont know if there is anothers place better in Ft. Worth, but I would certainly investigate before you put your parents here.

They have a new director since spring 2019, and we know Lori--shes great and treats residents like her own mom--those old reviews are not about this director. I moved my mom to The Vantage in September 2019. When we toured, we listened to how happy and friendly the residents were. They came up and hugged us and introduced themselves. Everyone we asked had good things to say and no complaints. Many had been there 5-10 years. The food was down home good. Staff was also often long term employed there, happy, and caring. That says a lot in this industry, and means more than marketing materials, which are always going to say its great. Mom is super happy there now! The apartments feel like real homes, not cracker boxes. After the terrible experience Mom had at Legacy Oaks of Azle, this place has been a dream for her. Its carefree living and the staff takes care of any maintenance or other problems super fast.

My mom has lived in Independent Living a little over 2 years. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Through the COVID virus, the administration and staff has kept our community COVID-free! They have done an exceptional job keeping us safe. Food is delivered to our rooms, they have set up a small general store for our immediate shopping needs, and have even done drug store runs for more emergent needs, family can visit - socially distanced -- each week. I appreciate the hard work the staff has put in during this difficult time.

Those interested in The Vantage might consider the location which is very near shopping with transportation furnished by The Vantage. The meals served at The Vantage are excellent on time and enjoyed by three times a day. The engagement part of the adventure is far superior that I have witnessed. Trips are often provided to entertainment in the area and to restaurants near by. In addition to the trips to entertainment, entertainment is provided on campus that is enjoyed by all residents. The Assisted Living facility offers continued care supplied by well trained and compassionate staff. Ive been here for 3 years and have no thoughts of returning home or moving to other facilities.

Ive been at The Vantage two years. I am in Independent Living; my husband was in Memory Care until his death 15 October, 2019. I have been extremely please, happy here...its rather like home and family. Im constantly making wonderful new friends; everyone is so friendly and the staff? Wow, they take such an interest in all of the residents. No one is overlooked or neglected...ever. I have no complaints whatsoever. Lori Kennedy is an absolute Wonder Woman...a great package doing a magnificent job. I would encourage those who are considering making changes in their life style come and visit The Vantage...a beautiful environment complete with awesome people making us a happy group. Oh, forgot to mention the location is extremely handy to about anything you want...see for yourself!!!

My father has lived in assisted living for about 1 1, 2 years. Its a gorgeous community with caring and compassionate staff. They have a daily activities from exercise class, art class, happy hours, dinner outings, nightly movies, and much more. Wonderful dining room with great food, weekly housecleaning, and a great maintenance team. They also have an awesome on-site Physical Therapy team. I highly recommend The Vantage for your loved one.
