My parents moved into Mirabella Assisted Living in 2020. They lived together in a lovely apartment for 3 years until Mom passed away. The staff was very caring and always did an excellent job. My Dad is currently living in the memory care unit and I am very happy with the care and attention that he receives.

I'm extremely impressed with the quality of the staff in the Pathways Memory Care. They are truly compassionate and professional. My greatest surprise was the effort and time spent by Aimee Barresi in Sales. From my weekend calls, to going out of her way to get my loved one the service and care she needed. She is always smiling, upbeat and willing to go the extra mile. The memory care is small, however it is clean and you can tell that the residents are well cared for.

My brother needed a place for respite due to the place he was in being closed down by the state. Ashley, Liz, and the entire staff at Mirabella where very helpful in this quick move and getting my brother settled in. Our experience at Mirabella has been a very warm and pleasent one. I would highly recommend Marabella for anyone looking for a place to care for their loved ones. Thanks to the entire staff for taking such good care of my brother and making us feel welcome.

My parents needed help/placement on an emergency basis. Ashley (the sales director) worked TIRELESSLY to get them settled within 24 hours.(Ok it was 48 if you count moving day.) I can not say enough about her dedication. She worked with me, even on her day off. I wish I could put into words how amazing Mirabella is. The staff is responsive and thoughtful. They are caring. Even though my parents aren't quite ready, there is ALWAYS something to do. The food has been amazing. I could go on. I will say this - when my husband and I were looking at communities while my parents were in rehab, we found a few that were more expensive and, ok, I will say it, fancier. (Mirabella is quite nice and I find it very comfortable, think of a high end Hilton v a 5 star penthouse.) BUT, when you began to "dig" into what services they offered, that mattered, none of those other properties had the level of professional care Mirabella did. I leave tomorrow confident that my parents are well cared for and when they are ready, there is an amazing community waiting for them. I wish I could hug everyone from Ashley to Julie (the receptionist) and let them know what a HUGE difference they have made in our lives.

I was recently searching for an assisted living community for relative and "almost" went to Mirabella. I was pleased with sales person, Gloria. The overall appearance upon entering is very pleasant. The price was right. Many room choices. They were prompt to send staff to evaluate my relative. We simply decided to postpone decision, but I would encourage anyone look to consider a visit to Mirabella.

I'm reviewing all the senior facilities that I've stop by as a real estate agent to try to get information since I'm a senior real estate specialist and also a certified probate expert. I posted on nextdoor since I live in the 76116 ZIP Code for the last 53 years and got a lot of interest about seniors including myself. I'm almost there but my parents are and my friends parents are and I had 87 people wanting to come to a program to learn more about Wills, living trust, senior healthcare, senior living, hospice, but unfortunately, I still haven't gotten any information regarding their organization. Say that real estate agents are bad at getting back with you.

Having a loved one move to assisted living or memory care is a tough transition for family that had been providing that for years. Mirabella was patient and understanding during that transitional time. The first few months were tough and frustrating but with time the care has proven to be consistent, comforting and most importantly has left us with much mental and emotional relief knowing Mom is in good hands.

Impressed with the cleanliness, attractive public areas, and spacious apartment for my mother. She moved in a month ago and feels settled. It's a very large place, but other residents and staff are friendly and helpful with directions. Maintenance seems diligent about upkeep. Housekeeping is very good. Food is much better than average.

Mother is always busy and content. She now has a social aspect to her life that she didn't have before moving to Mirabella. The staff genuinely cares about her, and it shows in everything they do. The food is amazing, and she is taken care of in a way that I could not offer her at home. We are very pleased!

I placed my mother at Mirabella in April of 2021. She stayed there until moving to a sister facility to be with my father in December of 2021. She had an apartment in the assisted living portion of the facility. I was very happy with the care she received while there. She was always kept clean and in clean fresh clothes. She was happy with the care workers and always had nice things to say about them. I believe of all the time she was there, they only missed a few showers due to staffing shortages. Otherwise it was 3 times a week like clockwork. She said the food was good, and although she had dentures, she made a deal with the chef to puree her food almost every meal. It was something she liked, and they catered to her wishes. They helped her progress further with rehab. When we placed her there she needed a lot of help transferring, but with the help of the rehab available there (3rd party?) she has become a lot stronger and can transfer herself to a standing walker and get around pretty good on her own. I'm thankful for the gifted individuals who enjoy working with the elderly in this capacity! We did not utilize their transportation service very often. However, towards the end of her stay, when we tried to utilize it there were several issues. Either the bus was broken down, or the driver did not show up for work that day. It was pretty frustrating, but something I imagine they will solve. If you are interviewing this facility, and it is near the date of this review, you might ask about that if transportation is something you need. All in all I am rating 5 stars because everyone there I met genuinely cared about making sure my mother was well taken care of.

My father has been in Mirabella for 16 months now and I am continually amazed at the care he receives, the passionate workers, the cleanliness of the facility and the overall feel I get when I walk through the doors. He recently has declined in his health and mobility which I thought would require him to go into a nursing home but instead, they moved him closer to the nurses office, increased his level of care and are now doing everything for his needs. Carlette, the executive director has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions. Just a few names that have been wonderful are the nurses Edwin and Myra, aides Deja and Jessica, Patti at the front desk, and maintenance men Manny and Willard although there have been many others. I would definitely recommend this facility!

There were good and not so good about this place. Most importantly is the review on the people. Never have I had such sweet, kind and loving individuals who cared for my father. It was comforting to us to know the people responsible for providing care, actually cared about him. I simply cannot praise the young women who took such great care of my dad. The food- my father searched high and low to find somewhere with good food. Everything that was served had flavor; meat was tender, menu options were great and seldom repeated. He especially LOVED the fried catfish and the Swedish meatballs. Now the not so good. The building is tired and worn. Windows didnt seal. Plumbing was lacking in heat as well as pressure. We never got the a, c to work properly as the room felt hot all the time. Which leads to the maintenance. We turned in requests for service but never got anything fixed. The management team was not what we are used to. Took a while to respond and there was a disconnect between the leasing manager and everyone else. Sadly, my dad did not get to enjoy his life there for long but if we had to rent again, Id get a room much closer to the front and would make sure all repairs were done in advance of moving in.
