This review is only for my Aide BENJAMIN CARRILLO . This man is a tribute to his occupation . He goes 120% all the time. Ben is a true asset to this facility. I wish him well in his future ventures.

I give this facility 5 Stars! The staff are always friendly and supportive. They ensure they conversate with the residents and get to know them. The staff are responsive and kind and sincerely care about my family member. I'm proud to have my loved one here and know she is well cared for. She even asked if she had to be in a long term facility could it be this one! The food is relatively good and the cleanliness is great. The staff are knowledgeable and investigate when they don't know something about each patient.

Cityview is a wonderful building. The staff is friendly and caring. My mother lived there for over a year before she passed. The nurses were absolute angels! I'm not sure what happened with some reviews/experiences but knowing how miserable and unrealistic people can be it doesn't surprise me. Send your loved ones to Cityview without worry for their care.

My mom's been there for a couple of months now and a last week had a big problem with her roommate turning just mean ugly, and constantly screaming at my mom at all times. This started just out of the blue, on the second evening of this abuse I got another call from my mom and she was very upset. I made a call to the business office and spoke to ERICA. I told her what happened to mom and she immediately moved !! MS ERICA IS AN ANGEL and my family is relieved !!! My mom is HAPPY NOW while recovering in her new room and enjoying her room mate. THANK YOU MS ERICA !!! Keep up the GREAT WORK !!!!

My name is Vera Davis I just finished my 20 day stay at City View 4/9/24. My stay there was really nice. I want to thanks to Denise the Social Worker she was very helpful in getting me settled and providing the information I needed. I also want to give special thanks to my aide Tamara she really took good care of me and my roommate Ms Washington whom ended up becoming a special friend. The aide that was always helpful was Ben he always made sure I was okay and had everything I needed. Destiny was another aide that was very helpful . My nurses Jason, Eddy and a nurse that worked on the weekends Simone Robinson and I don't to leave out a young lady named Kendra these people were really good. I can't forget the PT and OT team they were all wonderful so if you have a loved one that's needs a good Nursing and Rehabilitation facility City View would be a nice place to visit.

My mother was here from August 2023 to April of 2024 and I've given 3 stars because of the compassion of the nurses there. By name - Kiana, Issrae, Kimberly, Myra and Ben - thank you and I appreciated your kindness. That said, the quality off the environment deteriorated with the firing of the weekend entertainment coordinator in December. On nursing station 1, the residents sit in a room and do nothing. The two weekend nurses that did play music and care for the residents - Issrae and Kiana both left in March and April respectively and the change was felt immediately. Studies show that music helps people with dementia, which my mom has, but that stimulation was desired by all the residents. My understanding was that management made the decisions about entertainment and more which was not in accordance with the nursing staff. The management also felt it was ok for residents to be with each other (biblically) if they chose, which I disagreed with as my mother would not be consensual in this decision. Also, the staff/management seemed to struggle with my request to get correspondence and communication by email. I travel, so it was better for me - they took this as to not call at all, but it just seemed extreme to call me at 1030 at night about a routine test result. That said, the nursing staff turn over occurred as the business office representative, Erica submitted my signature for a cost of living increase without my consent in early March and sent me the forms 3 weeks later. This is fraud. Though she said she wouldn't do it again, that she did do it told me that she was used to doing this and no one confronting her about it. When I did address this with her, she was combative both by email and on the phone. The mindset, as explained by the nurses, was that this facility is all about another body in the bed, even though they were not staffed to accommodate. That said, if that's true - keep the residents stimulated - hire and retain good nurses (listen to them), communicate with family as they request, keep the residents entertained as you advertise and fire the business manager. Her unprofessional behavior is disrespectful and she does not have the knowledge nor the composure to do her job in a way that will attract nor keep residents at the facility. The way City View is at this point in time, I would not recommend anyone put their loved one here.

I was at City View, Fort Worth for about 2 1/2 weeks for OT and PT. The staff all around was wonderful. My nurses Jason and Eddy was always cheerful and caring. The aides and other staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. I have no complaints as I would highly recommend City View Rehabilitation. My OT and PT therapists were also wonderful.
