Exceptional management and team.

I have lived at Pinewood Hills in Flower Mound for 4 years. We have gone through many changes but appears to finally be stable with great leadership! The staff are very friendly and helpful. We have MANY activities to keep us busy. Card games as well as other games. Bingo 3 days a week and bus rides to go shopping, see sports sights and go to doctors appointments. We have movie night as well. Oh yes we have many entertainers. How about happy hour for those interested. Food! What about food? The meals are very good. Of course not every one is good, sometimes one might find a meal that they don't care for but that is not very often. We have great chefs in our kitchen! The inside of our humble abode is under renovation. But the outside is lovely. The landscape around is amazing. We have rabbits and squirrels running around. And a beautiful forest behind a lawn covered with lovely trees and flowers. Come see this lovely place I call home. By the way I have a lovely apartment!

I am a senior living referral agent in the DFW METEOPLEX. When folks are mostly independent but no longer enjoy cooking or cleaning Pinewood Hills in Flower Mound is my go-to recommendation. They provide three meals a day, weekly housekeeping, activities, transportation on certain days to doctor appointments, transportation to outings such as restaurants, grocery stores, and sometimes they even go to the Casino. They are pet friendly, too! Theirs a sense of community in this building. I have moved several of my clients to Pinewood Hills and they are thriving. I highly recommend Pinewood Hills.

My mom has been a resident at Pinewood a couple of months now. I dont know what on earth the below reviewer is on about unless it is a fake one to get Pinewood to pay for advertising. The staff are very warm and friendly every time Ive been in. I have gone to eat with mom two or three times now and the food is excellent. When I sat at the table with her and a couple of other residents, they were all talking about how the food is always good and there is so much of it you will gain weight if you are not careful! (Although they do have the small meal option and fruit plates or soup or salad instead of the big meals.) One staff member has been to her apartment a few times now to help her hang her pictures and some shelves. (God love him!) And there are always activities going on that you can choose to participate in (or not). So far we are both very happy with the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the food, and the social environment for mom.
