I cannot say enough about Kenna at Haven at Lake Lewisville. She went above and beyond to assist my client and I. She is so knowledgeable and helpful and truly cares about the people she serves. The community has such a warm and welcoming vibe and the residents are truly happy. I can’t say enough about Kenna and the community itself and I look forward to partnering with them again very soon. My mother and I moved into a 2 bedroom apartment in Oct 2023. We absolutely love our friendly community here. We can't speak highly enough of our mgmt team and staff! They all make you feel like family. The amenities and activities offered are wonderful. We feel so at home here. Our family and friends love visiting us. After downsizing, from my mother's home of 49 years, we feel like we're living on vacation!

I'd like to say something real sweet and nice about Mr. Lexus. She's a wonderful person, she's a people person. She's always have a smile on her face. Every time I come into the office if she's helping someone she would say ms Crystal give me just a minute. I'm having someone but just as soon as I finish. I would take care of you. My wife and I had lived at Haven three year ago when we decided to change residences due to family. Now we are very happy to be returning to Haven. The reasons we are returning is because of the experience we had previously with staff and residents. Janelle was the Director when we left and is now helping us to make the arrangements to come back. The feelings of being at home and valued come quickly when you visit with Janelle and her staff at Haven.

My father-in-law lives at Haven and really enjoys the facility, activities and personnel. There are plenty of options available to keep him busy. Exercise classes, bean bag baseball, domino's, mix & mingle, to name just a few. Periodically, outside entertainment is brought in for a really good time. Highly recommend this property if you want a nice, clean and friendly place to live.

I've lived here for about a year. Moving from an 1800 square foot house to a one bedroom apartment took some clever downsizing. I love living here. My neighbors are great, there's plenty to do and the staff is very friendly. Today, I received a very informative email about preparations for tonight's sleet/ice forecast. The sidewalks have been treated, additional ice melt is stationed at the exit doors and get this-dog owners can borrow retractable leashes (so residents avoid slipping and sliding). Great place to live! Check it out.

Just signed a new lease st Haven. Office staff are very helpful and personable...they remember residents names which makes one feel at home. The grounds are kept maintained very well. The apartments are comfortable and spacious. I feel very safe living at Haven at Lewisville Lake!

All i have to say is WOW! I was helping my mom look for places to live and our experience with Haven at Lewisville was by far the best and most seamless move in process! From day 1 Harmony and Janelle were so kind, helpful, and professional. The property is beautiful and maintenance requests are always handled accordingly! My mom is so happy here!

This is an outstanding place for seniors. Everyone has their own apartment. The building is clean and well-maintained. The management staff are some of the friendliest people I’ve ever encountered. They plan lots of activities including outstanding live musical entertainment.

I had a bed frame delivered to my apartment which was the WRONG bed frame. After spending countless hours on the phone and spending days in my apartment, the bed frame company still had not picked up the wrong bed frame or had still not received the correct bed frame. I was at my wits end, then Laquita and Jerome saved the day today. After 4 days of waiting on company to do something, Jerome and Laquita were nice enough to store this big box for me. Jerome pushed this 300# bed frame down our hallway to the storage room. Thank you Jerome and Laquita!!

I moved from Conroe, TX to Attiva at Lewisville in August of 2017. I am 80 years young and I have found living here has turned out to be a great choice for me. During this Covid19 Virus shelter in place, I know that management has taken every level of protection possible to keep us healthy. They have also provided games to do on the internet to help keep our spirits up. I am happy to be a resident here!

This is a lovely facility, most employees are helpful and respectful, except for one young woman who is apparently some sort of director. Her demeanor is decidedly unprofessional and high-handed with both residents and visitors. She does not reflect well on your facility or corporation, and if she is not replaced or reassigned she definitely needs a course in client relations. Your older residents and their visitors should not be dealing with immature, unhelpful and unprofessional behaviors from office personnel.

I have lived at Attiva Lewisville for about a year and a half and love it. The activities they put together are enjoyable. The staff is competent and like to have fun. Men's night out is my favorite activity that allows me to get to know other men in the community. I am looking forward to continuing to stay at Attiva Lewisville for many more years.

I have lived at Attiva for 6 months. I moved here because it is a very nice place and close to where my daughter lives. The management team is good. I wasn't aware of the many activities and transportation services offered to places I love to go. Nick is very good at planning activities and helping tenants getting back and forth to appointments. I recommend this facility to any senior needing a comfortable place to live.

I am a care provider who visits this location twice a week. I have been very impressed with the cleanliness at the location, the staff involvement and friendliness with the residents, and the activities and other services they provide. They provide transportation for shopping and or doctor appointments, they have an on campus hairdresser, they provide a social events for the residents such as happy hour parties, birthday celebrations, worship services on Sundays, yoga classes & an exercise room as well.

I have lived at Attiva for a year and have thoroughly enjoyed my active life. Attiva provides many social and traveling activities. The management Janelle, Brandon and Laquetta are very knowledgeable in their respective job duties. They always have a friendly smile and are very helpful whenever help is needed. They participate in the most of the activities provided and seem to really care about us. They deserve extra recognition for going above and beyond expectations. Janelle keeps us connected with all things on the community with town hall meetings often and resolves any issues that arise.

I have lived here since 2012 before Franklin Park became Attiva Lewisville. I have been through all of the community managers from the beginning and Janelle Black is my far the best manager of all the managers before her. She has a wonderful attitude to us all. She listens to our concerns and gets back to us as soon as possible. She keeps her door open and invites us in quickly. She makes sure that all the maintenance requests are taken care of quickly while always showing good leadership to the staff. Just wanted to give a shout out to Wendy Tyler. It was difficult moving into apartments after residing in houses for over 45 years but she was GREAT!!!! She understood my anxiety and listened to my concerns. Ms. Wendy will be greatly missed but am grateful she was here for our transition into retirement life. Attiva is a wonderful place to live.

Moved here in September 2017. All the staff is wonderful & ready to assist in any way to provide us with a great & happy place to live. I have met & made friends with some wonderful people.The exercise program is great. I love to dance so I really enjoy the great parties & dances that Nick & all the staff work so hard to make fun for us.I have been to dances around different senior centers & I must say that I truly have the most fun dancing at our very own Attiva parties!! Wonderful place to live. Many activities, both onsite and offsite. Beautiful newly remodeled apartments. Nick Nichols, the Activities Director, is wonderful, thoughtful and knows everyone's name. He plans fun day trips, restaurants, movies, outings to many events, outstanding parties and much more. All the office personnel are helpful and go out of their their way to make our residency here very enjoyable. Maintenance people are great. Would not want to live anywhere else!
