We're all 55+ and have lived a big part of our lives, we've raised families, owned our own home's, and I believe know how to act as adults. We've gone through recent ownership and management changes, as of today those changes have fully reached our community. It's our turn now to embrace the change, all working together to make this community the safe and fun place we thought it would be when we signed our lease. I'm now changing my one star review to four stars, working together we can make this a five star community that no one wants to leave. It's Our Choice Big Mistak

I am writing again to change my review. The property manager has changed. If you notice in the reviews, Crystal has been a consistent name in the good ones. She has been a good communicator and pleasant along with it. I decided to renew my lease. The company giving her a promotion is a good decision. Congratulations Crystal!

Internet and Cable are combined. Cable worked last August when my mom moved in with new TV's that were bought with ROKU built in. Bad Storm came through and lightning hit and then stopped working and would not connect to the internet. I took one of the TV's to my house and it connected fine to their internet. Talked with other residents and many are having same issue. I was told my mom needs to get a cable box. Should not have to spend more money for something that originally worked and works at other places besides her residence. Should not have to pay for service she is not receiving.

I have lived here for a about a month, in that time, I have met a lot of very nice people here, but unfortunately there is one that acting like the apartment police, She likes to report on people that she believes is breaking the rules. Unfortunately she hides behind the apt manager, she won't approach the residents in person. This morning she took a picture of my service dog hanging out in the pool area (not in the pool) she doesn't know the rules and the law. This resident needs to go, and the management needs to tell her she is not in charge. As one of the signs in the complex says If it doesn't concern you let it be. Thomas H Resident

We have lived in Solea for almost a year and have loved our experience here. We love the people and the management they have provided great Wednesday night get togethers Giving us opportunity to know each other And to help clean up together. We especially appreciate our apartment manager. Londa Is compassionate, understanding and problem-solving. When a couple On an upper floor begin experiencing health issues, making it difficult for them to use the elevator and heavy doors, Londa Saw their need To make a change. When a bottom floor Apartment became available, she quietly offered them the opportunity to make a change. Now they are more able to easily access the community gatherings and go outside. That is not all. At our weekly events. Londa Makes sure a plate is taken to the Couple if they are not in attendance. We appreciate the management, And the maintenance team of Terry, Ashton, and Maria. All are Gracious and kind in helping all of us.

We have lived here for almost a year. We have met a lot of wonderful people here. The management is wonderful. They are very attentive to the residence needs. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to lease a wonderful apartment. Londa and Kathy are always available to listen to the resident needs and respond. they are amazing!

I have been living at Solea Lewisville for nearly 4 months and am very happy to be here! The office/maintenance team is friendly, caring and responsive when I have had questions or minor issues in my apartment. From what I see, everyone works hard to keep things running smoothly and I appreciate all of them for that.

I have been fortunate to live at Solea Lewisville for six months. I rented a fabulous apartment sight unseen. If it weren't for my goal of purchasing a home after moving to this area, I would have continued to live there forever. If it were a condo, I would've bought it. I have had an exceptional experience at this beautiful property. The entire staff has been most helpful and exceptional in every way. The way the community functions and is cared for is beyond compare. Many years ago I was a property manager of multi family units. It is a very difficult job and takes a tremendous amount of maneuvering through every situation that arises and that happens every minute. The team at Solea operates with efficiency, competency, and grace at every turn. They are kind and engaging and build an amazing social calendar for all those who wish to participate. If you're looking for an amazing place with fabulous people and top tier management look no further— Solea at Lewisville is the best of the best!

I have been a resident at Solea of Lewisville since September 2023, and this out ranks them all !!! From the wonderful community, excellent amenities, fitness classes and resident events, we all are living our best lives! Kathy, Crystal and Jessica are the great attentive staff members here. Londa, the manager, has really helped all of us feel comfortable to be able to call this place home. Any time you see Londa, she is so happy and smiling, that it is contagious !! .She and the staff work diligently to help us solve any issues and to all work together as a family. Thank you all here at Solea for my new HOME And of course, a big shout out to our cleaning and maintenance staff, Terry, Ashton, and Maria all do an excellent job. Thank you so much.
