I recently toured this facility for potential relocation of my grandmother from out of state. Before scheduling the onsite tour, I spoke extensively with Lisa who was very informative and answered every question I had. Unfortunately, Lisa was out of office on the day that I had available, but the facility still accommodated me with a tour with Breanna. I never would have known that Breanna was filling in had they not told me. She was very kind and knowledgeable. My grandmother had given me a laundry list of questions, and Breanna was very patient and informative. Each staff member or resident who I came into contact with was very welcoming and had nothing but good things to say. Upon returning to office, I received a thoughtful follow up from Lisa to ensure everything went ok and offer any additional clarifications that I may need. During the entire process, I never felt pressured for a decision. Both Lisa and Breanna were very understanding for my unique situation and offered comfort throughout the process. My grandmother is still trying to finalize her decision and future travel arrangements, but I am very thankful for both of these ladies who made this experience easier than could be expected.

My mom has lived here for almost 5 years. We’ve been through several directors but since Breanna has been here, it’s been the best. She keeps us informed and does a great job running the place. We have seen several improvements made since she came. I enjoy seeing my mom on their Facebook page doing activities. The staff are very good about being part of a team with my family regarding my mother’s care. The location is clean with many extra touches to make you feel at home. My family’s experience with Willow Bend Assisted Living was brief, as my family member was only there for 16 days before being transferred to the hospital and unable to return due to advanced care needs. Because of this, I cannot speak to the long‘term care provided by the facility. I can say that Lisa Lopez, the Director of Sales, was wonderful to work with ” very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. I was also able to reach both Kristin the Medical Director, and Breanne the Facility Director when needed by phone or text, which I appreciated. There are areas that need improvement, however. The food quality was lacking and felt very institutional. The call system was also a concern. Response times after pressing the call button were inconsistent, and if staff did not reset the call pendant at the main hub, it would not function for the resident when they needed help. This created unnecessary risk and frustration. Overall, while the staff members were excellent to work with, the facility has some operational matters that they would benefit from addressing, to ensure residents receive timely support and a better overall experience.

I moved my husband here last weekend and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was so helpful and friendly in getting us acclimated to his new environment. His apartment was clean and spacious. The dining experience is exceptional. There are so many activity choices that he can participate in. He has met a number of the residents and genuinely seems to be adjusting quite well. I highly recommend this facility for your loved ones.

My wife and I moved into Willowbend Assisted Living on June 23rd and our first impression was "Looks Great, Smells Great, Clean, Not Crowded, Lots of Working Staff" Not only was my first impression spot on but there was much more to come. So far, every stall member has been genuinely kind, pleasant, helpful, and very professional. They all seemed to enjoy their job. As for the management team......Lisa, Brie, and Nurse Amy Are all "Top Shelf" The care assessments and the onboarding process was smooth and everyone took the time to help this average country boy understand everything. I could say many more nice things about our new home but I'll close by just saying "If you or a loved one is seriously thinking about making the transition to Assisted Living" I strongly recommend that you visit Willowbend in Denton, Texas. We had such a great experience moving my mom into Willow Bend. Lisa worked with us to make sure we were able to make an informed decision. Nurse Amy made sure that all of my mom’s meds were in order and that all of her needs would be met. Juan gave her a tour through the facility and Montashia introduced her to a table full of friends for lunch. Connor was so helpful in making sure her apartment was in order and My mom felt welcomed and right at home. Thank you to all the staff for welcoming her!

The Good people at Willow Bend have been amazing during my father's difficult transition to Assisted Living. For us this has been a 2-3 year journey. He can be rather cantankerous and when asked by Doctors how Willow Bend is treating him he responds very positively. I have personally witnessed how Nurse Amy, Lisa, and the rest of the crew react to each resident intentionally and with love. They communicate well and truthfully about current state and treatment plans, both physical and mental. Moreover, walking through the common areas, the residents seem quite happy and are very friendly. There is no perfect assisted living facility, as it is an emotional and difficult time for most- but these good people do the best they can!!

We adore the entire staff at Willow Bend ALC! My mother has been a resident here for 2 and a half years. She says it doesn’t just feel like home, it IS home. I visit her almost daily, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. The food is delicious and activities are plentiful. We are thankful to have such a lovely, safe place for her to reside.

This is the place if you want a safe, clean, and happy environment. Every day there are lots of opportunities for fellowship and activities. The decor is nice and they keep things very clean. The food is especially good and lots of choices if you are a "picky eater". I have visited there many times and have always had a positive experience.

My father has lived at Willow bend for 1.5 years. What a relief to have staff that takes such excellent care of him. Knowing that he is cared for, allows me the ability to continue to work knowing that his needs are being met by staff that has grown to love him. Dad has met friends and participates in activities. Great facility! My mother was there and we left to save money. This turned out to be a mistake and our mother was very unhappy. Willow Bend welcomed us back and did everything to help us move my mother back as quickly and easily is possible. I highly recommend Willow Bend for your loved ones!

This is a pretty terrific place. My almost 81 year old father has been here about a year and the experience has been really good. The facility is nice, the food is good, the staff is friendly and caring but the most important thing to me is that they genuinely seem to care about my dad. I can't be there 24/7 but Amy and Lisa and the team look out for him when I'm not there, they report any issues, and you simply can't pay for that level of care and love. If you are in need of a place like this for someone in your family I highly recommend a visit.

My dad is a resident at Willow Bend Assisted Living & Memory Care in Denton, TX. He absolutely loves it! Lisa was one of the representatives that helped my dad and myself. She is fantastic and we really appreciate her kindness and helpfulness. She is a delight to be around. The whole staff has been wonderful! Couldn’t ask for a better place for my dad to be. He is 95 years old and still going strong! Thank you Willow Bend! I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is interested in this type of care. We truly were taken by our first impressions at Willowbend. The staff and the fellow residents were very friendly as we walked the campus. The facility itself was impressive: spacious, well-decorated, and warm. We also appreciated the overall philosophy of pairing up new residents with the "veterans" on campus to assist in acclimation. And finally the sales staff was honest with the goal of "family first."

I have been at Willowbend since August 2022. There have been so many changes for the better. We are fully staffed. We have the most caring and loving employees. I have been in healthcare a long time and have never seen a corporation with the love and compassion as this. I would place any of my family members at any Legend facility and know I would sleep well never regretting that decision.
