Although I don't live here myself, I have visited several times and have always been impressed. The staff is consistently kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The community is bright, cheerful, and beautifully maintained, with updated d©cor that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.

My grammy lives here and absolutely loves it. Great place, friendly staff and in opinion very affordable especially considering the amenities included. Plus bonus is the location, really close to everything plus walking distance to multiple doctors, restaurants, nail salon and theater.

I lived here for a year now and so far the help has been wonderful! They are willing to help as much as they can. The food is very good and tasty! It looks very appetizing! The room are kept very clean. Lety and Monkia have done a wonderful job in keeping my room clean! We also have good entertaining which keeps everyone busy!

I have been a resident here at Dogwood Estates for 2 years and 5 months and have been pleased with my experience. The staff is generally very accomodating. I call out 3 staff in particular: (1) Erin Whitlock (main manager) has been terrific and is willing to step in to help in any capacity; (2) Lee Ferris (maintenance man) goes beyond what is needed to perform his duties, even when he is called on during off duty hours, always there; (3) Amy Cooper (activities director) keeps the community busy with many activities and quality entertainment. Other superlatives are in order, suffice it to say I would recommend Dogwood to anyone seeking independent living.

My parents recently moved here after selling their long time home. They've told me that it's a beautiful facility and they have a nice little community. I haven't been there myself but when I speak to the staff over the phone, they are quite friendly and helpful with various inquiries. From what they've told me, this place is fantastic. I plan on making a visit for the holidays and I'm eager to see my parents new home.

As they say, first impressions are everything. Y'all did a renovation inside but, the outside is in disarray. The grounds are ill kept and the facility itself, outside, needs a lot of work. We met some of the staff today but, motivation was not given to them at birth. We just put my wife's sister in assisted living in OH and this will be our barometer for our independent/assisted living/memory care facility here in northern TX. You should look them up. VITALIA in Stow, OH. They even have an indoor pool.

I first move in a year ago and i love it since day 1. The staff is very good here! Management is good but has changed a couple of times but the manager has stay, Erin Whitlock. The cleaning staff is very good and keep apartments clean! The staff is very attentive! The food is very good for the most part. Everything is polished and clean even the yard. They have lots of activity, I really enjoy the holidays events! They really take good care of us!

Artie is so special, she is always so helpful and kind . Brook is a housekeeper and serves meals, plus many other jobs here. Lee is a maintenance man and always helps us with anything needed..Amy is our activity’s director which is an amazing and busy position, always kind and helpful with all of us. Friendly and conscientious staff. Clean and well maintained facility. My mother-in-law has been a resident for several years. We recently moved my father-in-law there from Corpus Christi. My sister in law lives nearby which allows her to check on both of them, since my wife and I live in Virginia Beach, VA. Fellow residents were very welcoming and friendly. My father in law is very pleased to be there.

Excellent place to live. It was time to move my mom closer and to a safe place. This was our first and our last stop. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food there is amazing. My mom brags about the food every day. Three meals a day, full of daily activities and an excellent maintenance staff, when ever you need something you just pick up the phone and they make it happen. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
