I recently visited this assisted living and memory care community and was very impressed with the warm and welcoming environment. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, and the community felt clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I was especially interested in the memory care program. I appreciated the focus on individualized care/activity, meaningful activities, and keeping residents engaged throughout the day. The staff took the time to explain how they support residents with different levels of memory loss and changing care needs. Overall, the visit gave me a positive impression of the community and its commitment to providing compassionate care. The memory care program appears to offer a supportive and engaging environment for residents, and I would consider this community for a loved one. And they have variety of choices in Dining room with two menus.

My grand mother moved into Village on the Park Denton a month or so ago . From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with the kindness of Ciara the receptionist who stood to greet us and walked up from the desk to acknowledge us . Our tour was wonderful and it felt like home . My grand mother loves the staff . They are attentive to her needs and she’s not just a number . The Executive Director Marney is always available for our many questions and is responsive . My parents and my grand mother couldn’t have picked a better place to call HOME!

I was very impressed with this community! The surrounding neighborhood is very nice, with a plethora of shopping opportunities. The community itself is very well-maintained, and upon entry, we were greeted warmly, with smiles and professionalism. I was reluctant, thinking that once again, we would be disappointed; however, we was pleasantly surprised. Very high on our list!

We moved my friend to memory care at Village on the Park Denton about two months ago, and I just want to share how grateful I am that we made this decision and chose Village on the Park. Karla has been an incredible advocate throughout this entire process. She helped bring us peace of mind and made what could have been a difficult transition feel much easier. We’ve been searching for the right place for my aunt, and after calling so many communities, Village in the Park Denton truly stood out. Karla has been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. While some places never even responded or took days to get back to us, Karla was on top of everything from the very beginning. She made us feel comfortable and supported every step of the way, and the whole experience felt easy and reassuring. The community itself is beautiful, and everyone we met was genuinely happy ” from the residents to every staff member we encountered. You can really feel the positive atmosphere as soon as you walk in. I looked everywhere for assisted living, and honestly it was such an emotional process for my family and me. I toured so many places trying to find the right fit for my mom. I’ve had family in other facilities before, and even though they called themselves assisted living, many didn’t truly offer the level of care that’s needed. Choosing Village on the Park Denton has been the best decision I could have made. I truly feel at peace knowing my mom will be here and cared for through every stage. I travel a lot for work, and it means everything to know she’s in great hands. The nurses are always there, and communication is quick and clear if anything ever comes up. I’ve seen friends struggle trying to manage care for their parents, and I’m just so grateful we found this place. It’s made a really difficult time so much easier. Keep up the great work.

Every time I visit, it’s clean and has a really cheerful atmosphere. It always smells fresh, kind of like a nice hotel, which makes a big difference. The place feels modern and well taken care of, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Definitely a great option if you’re looking for assisted living.

I visit my friend here weekly and she loves it. The staff is so compassionate and truly takes the time to care for each resident. Her nurses and caregivers are wonderful, and it means so much knowing she’s surrounded by people who genuinely care. The community feels safe, clean, and very welcoming.

Since my last post , there have been significant changes here , and not positive ones I am afraid .....several of the kind & caring staff that have been here for some time are no longer here ....there is no longer an activity co- ordinator in the memory care unit where they are desperately needed and the residents are the ones who suffer ....the few caring and loving staff that are still here are also as they are not able to care for the residents as they should because they are doing added work ....seems sad that those in charge are not stepping in to assist where needed for these residents that are paying for this care ..... perhaps corporate America needs to act like their parents are living here and getting the care they deserve ??

I gotta say this is my first time here and I’m only here doing a day position with a client and this place is beautiful it’s clean the staff are in order the food they served looked amazing and nutritious when I arrived they were actually doing workouts with the residence little activities everybody was up, dressed, looking clean, observant people were interacting with everybody. The staff is very polite. I still can’t get over how remarkable this layout is. I’m sitting out here in the courtyard with my client and it’s just amazing. I’ve been in the healthcare field for 15+ years and I’ve worked in several rehabs and hospitals and nursing homes and assisted lives. This is definitely by far the most organized cleanest, productive facility and I would highly recommend this place. The rooms are clean and fair size. Everybody interact with each other all through each section that my client and I had walked through.© I know there’s gotta be more to live about this place but unfortunately I’m only here for a few hours so I won’t get to experience it °© I would love to add some photos but I only had a few moments to add this , so I can stay focused with my client but I hope YALL enjoy this wonderful place and maybe dig a little deeper in this one it’s really worth it ’

I have had the best experience with this place for my in laws. We had the hardest time choosing where to go. I usually do not write reviews but I am so compelled. My mother in law was so resistant to move but the leaders here have gone out of their way to make her happy. I could not be more satisfied with Jennifer, the administrator, who has answered every question and has been proactive. The care that she has received is also a relief knowing that i do not have to go there and check but to spend time with them both. Do not look anywhere else. This is the place.

We didn’t know how all of this worked during our process of looking for care but after speaking with community team members and management I knew this was the right place. I have been lucky enough to meet several of the team members and management, they are all very loving and caring. The facility is clean and the residents all seem very happy and taken care. We are not quite ready to make the move for our family yet, but when we are, this is where we will go!

This place is beautiful! Its so hard to find quality care, and they do everything they can to support my family and address concerns quickly. Despite calling at all hours that may have conflicted on staffs personal lives and family time (im kind of a karen), they always respond with care and concern in a timely manner. I've been blessed to be a part of this community as a vendor partner for several years. The community is beautiful. The staff is engaged with residents. There are many activities always available daily gor both inside and outside the community. Chef Nach is the latest addition to this community and the food is 5 star level now. It's a good place to be!!

We were very pleased and impressed after touring this facility. The residents were very happy, the staff we saw were attentive to the residents, very clean facility. We met with the Director Louis Salerno(I think the spelling is correct) and he was very passionate, knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunate, we decided to leave mom in the Austin area for now, if that changes, we will consider this place.

My grandmother is a resident here at Village on The Park. I was there to visit for Thanksgiving and the food was delicious, the community looks wonderful, and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. I’m so glad I was able to visit. I met the chef and had to compliment the wonderful Thanksgiving dinner that was prepared. I also met the new ED Louis Salerno and the wonderful nurse Lavette, which both were very kind to take time to speak with me. Both are very knowledgeable and caring. The staff are so caring and loving towards my grandmother and they do a wonderful job keeping me updated. Thank you so much Village on The Park for caring for my grandmother. You’re doing a great job!

My father which is a veteran lived there for about a month before passing away. Great staff and very friendly. I felt they took very good care of him. BUT, after his passing, my Mom has been trying to get her paperwork in order through the VA and SS to receive her benefits that she will acquirer. Less than 2 months ago my mom and sister hand delivered 1 simple piece of paper they need to fill out, which should only take 5 minutes to complete. The Village lost that one and we brought them another one. They have been in contact via text and phone calls with WAYNE. I'm assuming he is the director. They still have not received this completed paper. Sadly i will not being giving a high rating because of top management.

I am very happy with the care my loved one is receiving at Anthology of Denton. Brenda, Director of Nursing is always there to assist with any need or concern that we may have. The new Director of Memory Care, Quintin, is beyond great. He goes above and beyond to ensure exceptional care is provided. Ron , Memory Care Associate shows so much love and support to the residents. The new Support Group they started is very helpful with understanding the challenges associated with dementia.

My father has lived at Anthology of Denton since December of 2021. He was first in Assisted Living and then moved into Memory Care. I have to say that our experience has been nothing but positive. From the beginning, Brenda (Director of Health and Wellness) and Wayne (Director of Sales and Marketing) have gone above and beyond to ensure my father receives excellent care. Quintin (Director of Virtue/Memory Care) is new and has already initiated positive changes to Memory Care including a support group for the families. He works very hard to make sure all residents are treated with compassion and dignity. This team enables my father to live a life full of activities with compassion and excellent care. I feel secure in knowing he is in good hands. And, to top it off, they all love my dad! He tells me all they time they take good care of him. What more could you ask?

Centrally located in Denton, this facility is beautiful, yet homey. The apartments are good sized, and there are tons of activities for those with hobbies. Residents may have pets and there are several outdoor areas for exercise. Very nice environment and auiet.

It’s good for my mom. She wants to look for another place because she thinks it cost too much. Her internet connection periodically goes offline. She seems to be content though. All the staff seem to be polite as well.

My mother has been at Anthology since July 2016, first in assisted living and then in memory care. She tells me constantly how well she is treated and i can see that she is treated in a very caring manner. The former Director, Lucy, was an absolute jewel and so very efficient and caring. The current director Keith seems just as competent abd caring. The nursing director, Brenda, is superb, as is Allison. Wonderful staff to whom i am grateful

Our uncle just turned 98 and the activity director threw one heck of a birthday bash! He had the greatest day and it was coordinated by an amazing, caring, thoughtful and professional activity director. Our uncle gets the best care and is always involved in everything. We are grateful for such a terrific facility and staff!!!!

My father spent the last 21 months of his life at Anthology (The Village) moving there only after he was unable to care for himself. We found the staff, congenial, loving, careing and understanding of the needs and wants of a nearly 100 year old man who prided himself on his independence and freedom. They made him feel special as they celebrated his life. The facility was always clean and well maintained. During the COVID lockdown they maintained a safe environment and enhanced communication. We thank them for their care of him.
