Atria is a lovely facility. They are constantly engaging the residents in activities and ensuring their needs are being met.

I visited a friend living here. It's clean and looked reasonably new. It's close to shopping but not on a busy street. My friend's apartment was basic, but nice. I didn't have a meal, so no comment on the food. They say 99% of residents and staff are vaccinated against Covid.

The Atria is a complete senior living facility. We moved family in 2 years ago and I have fallen in love with the staff...they are the most dedicated professionals I have ever met. There is always something going on, activities galore, from the warm welcome at the front desk at anytime of day to the ballroom with happy hours, guest speakers and bands playing. And the food is always homemade, fresh and the desserts are just scrumptious! The staff in the dining room is so attentive and caring. The maintenance and cleaning crews...are always keeping the place in tip top shape. You will not go wrong with the Atria❤

Beautiful living arrangements. Parking a bit lacking for visitors and a little navigation required to get in but worth the time to stay free of a spread of disease.

I am a native Californian who spent most of years in and around Sacramento. I was involved in many clubs and organization. Then COVID-19 hit! The only thing I could do was walk and talk on the phone. Thats when I made the decision to move to Austin to be near my daughter and her family. So I researched all the possible senior living places in and around Austin. I sent for brochures, had some virtual tours but in November 2020 I came to Austin to visit. During that time my daughter and I visited 13 senior living places. In the end. I chose the Atria at the Arboretum because of the roomy apartments and the wonderful view of the rolling Hills - no cement. In April my cat and I left California for the Atria. A hard but great move! I have met a variety of residents who are engaging; educated and very accepting. The staff are so helpful, caring and upbeat - from the Director to wait staff. The Amy, the Activity Director, has a wonderful, very list of activities. For some it might be water aerobics, seated yoga, body conditioning, tai chi, chair boxing to mention a few. To keep minds active there are variety of cards and board games, informative seminars, Great courses and many thought provoking activities. Every Friday there is live music. There is a book club, Glee club, acting group and movies. The best thing is I dont have to plan, shop or cook my meals. Once a week they clean your apartment and change your linens. Living at the Arboretum is a wonderful life.

Atria at the Arboretum has been wonderful to my mom, who has recently sold her house in FL, to move into a beautiful apartment with a great hill country view, at the Atria to be close to my family. All the staff has gone out of their way to be very helpful, kind and welcoming to my mom. Particular kudos to Cathy Henry who helped my mom long distance find the perfect apartment for her, that she is loving living in. Some other shout outs to great staff members go to Carley, Tensley and the great maintenance team, delicious dining services. Karen, Flornice and others who have all made this move such a positive experience for my mom. My family is very happy and more than satisfied with the Atria at the Arboretum!

My 81 year old mother moved into Atria at the Arboretum in November 2020. Leaving behind the comfort of her own home in California, a lifetime circle of friends, as well as necessary COVID restrictions, made this change in her life very challenging. Director Scott Jones and his staff were absolutely wonderful in supporting my mom and helping her feel welcomed, comfortable and safe in her new home. Encouraging words, friendly interactions and thoughtful gestures such as offering moms dogs treats, whenever they pass the front desk, are simply standard practices at Atria.

Atria at the Arboretum is a hidden gem. A convenient location, caring and dedicated employees, great attention to the health and safety of both the residents and the employees during Covid, and now a new Executive Director, Scott Jones, who has embraced his new role with gusto and immediate action to continue to improve the lives of those for whom he bears responsibility. He fights upward for the residents and their families, and compassionately and thoughtfully acts in their best interests.

5 Stars across the board! My 91-year old mother-in-law moved into Atria in the arboretum area Austin, TX in early June. The Atria team has made it the best possible under the difficult COVID19 pandemic. Great care and very responsive. Scott Jones took the time to meet with tenants to get their feedback after he started. He and team are very tenant-focused and have gone above and beyond. We look forward to the many amazing activities that are offered to resume once things return to the new normal.

I walked in looking for a Senior Living place for a friend's Mom. This place is stunningly beautiful, and all apartments have the latest amenities. The only downside is that this place is Independent Living only, with no recommendations or feeds to area assisted living or skilled nursing places

Atria is like living in a luxury cruise ship. Ive been living there for one and a half years. The staff is wonderful; they know everybodys names. When you come to the dining room, youre greeted by name, and its a very friendly, open place. They have wonderful exercise programs and programs to keep you mentally stimulated. The grounds were superbly maintained. Except for the buy-in, this is just one of the nicest places you could simply be.

Atria was the fanciest place we went to, and its a new community. You walk in, and this really has the feeling of a luxury hotel. Theres marble, and two living rooms where you can sit with friends near a big fireplace. They have a huge library. Their activities calendar was packed, and they had so much social stuff. They have games, field trips, and lecture series. Their dining room was like a 5-star restaurant, with huge, heavy, overstuffed chairs. Theres a beautiful view of the city from the dining area. The doctor makes house-calls there. Theres a general store on site. The staff was so sweet, so nice, and fall over themselves to be accommodating.

Atria had a hotel-like feel and was well maintained but pricey. It didn't feel as warm as the others, but it was very pretty and convenient to a lot of different things up North. The dining room was very nice, and they had a lot of activities going on.

The Atria at the Arboretum was a really nice place with a wonderful parking garage. What stopped me was that everybody I met was older than me. I'm 80 years old, and these people were 90, 95, and 100 years old; I just didn't fit in very well. The accommodations were great. I didn't have any problems with the accommodations at all. It's probably right for somebody but not for me. The apartments were really nice and well-kept, and they're really good people in there. They don't have much turnover in this place, so it's good from that standpoint because everybody's really old with some people in there for a long time.

The Atria is an extremely nice place. Management makes sure there's always fresh cut flowers. Very high class and everyone I've encountered there ( both residents and staff ) are so friendly.

This place is very pretty. The common areas were nice. I like how they all did the dining restaurant style. All the common areas were bright, open, and cheery. I like all the rooms, the facility, and the location. They also have a pool. It looked like a little resort. I would recommend this place to people who are active and had a higher income.

The Atria is like a hotel. They take care of the amenities, and it is very upscale. They are pretty standard type rooms, nothing special. It is obviously very clean. The staff is very friendly, and their attitude is absolutely excellent. My dad has probably been there about a month.

We each had our own apartments at The Village at The Arboretum. Our apartments had a kitchen but there was also a dining room downstairs where we could eat. They had a lot of activities and a shuttle that took us to places. The food was excellent. We had three chefs and they had wonderful food. You could order from a menu, there were three main dishes everyday as well as salad, sandwiches, hamburgers, etc. So you're not limited to only three choices. The staff were wonderful, it's more of a career for them than a job. Instead of working by the hour, they actually cared for the residents. And we loved it.
