The grounds are maintained very nice and close to many stores restaurants etc. The problems are no working elevator since Dec 2025, it's now Feb and they are saying couple more months. No cleaning dept as halls and stairways are filthy dirty and not cleaned regularly. Should be maintained inside better and kept clean and elevator for 3 floors should be working as many in the building are wheelchair bound or have walkers and have had no way for months but to go down flights of stairs.

Pleasant place to live. Grounds are maintained beautifully. Maintenance keeps things running well. They are on call 24/7. Management staff are available to help with whatever you need. Hours may vary as they do cover 2 properties. We are close to several restaurants, grocery stores, shopping ect.
