A Place For Mom
Our mother, who suffers from dementia, has and continues to receive EXCELLENT care from NW Senior Care. Each time we come to visit, our mother says,"If you want someone who will take good care of you, Teddy is that person!" Teddy has excellent communication skills and keeps us apprised of mom's health and well being on a regular basis. She works well with medical personnel and takes initiative to contact them whenever she feels it is necessary. We drop in at all hours of the day and the seniors are ALWAYS well supervised and cared for and the home is spotless. Meals look appetizing and there is a nice selection of foods. The one weakness is that there are few activities. Mom cannot really do much in that regard but would like the option of saying she can't. Overall, our family is extremely grateful to N.W. Senior Care, the aides and especially Teddy, for the quality care they have, and continue to provide to our mother.
