I am not sure why l first rated Brookdale with a 4. I would like to change it to a 5. I moved here in 2014 with my husband who had AD. Brookdale offered me services that freed up my time to care for Bob. With the Love and Support and caring of the Caregivers l was able to keep him with me until he went home to be with the Lord in 2015. Everyone thought l would move then. Why? This was my home and l loved it here! There are as many Activities as you could want, or you can spend time just relaxing and do nothing! I loved having my meals served, and just being with the people who have become friends! Brookdale has made my Golden years just a little bit more a Golden!

My father in law stayed here for a month after recovering from his surgery. The entire family had a good experience. The community was located close to all of us siblings and we especially liked how it was within walking distance of the hospital! The staff is kind. Its an older place but everyone is so friendly and it has a warm feeling. If permanent placement is needed we will go back for sure

I need to update my recommendation! First l give it 5 stars! I moved here in 2014 with my husband who had AD. He went home in 2015. The support, care and love given both of us was amazing! People thought l would leave when Bob passed! Why? The food is good and the services allow me free time to spend doing activities or just read and rest! The caregivers really care and have become friends! This is my forever home and l love it!
