The new accounts representatives have been very helpful in getting my mom situated into her new room as she needed a higher level of care and have really gone above and beyond to make the process smooth. The caregivers all seem to be very attentive and caring. Overall I’m very pleased so far.

I looked at several memory care facilities in the Gresham area for my sister. Farmington Square checked all of the boxes. Residents share meals in the dining area, they are encouraged to participate in the activities and most important the unit is secure. Perla and Chelyne also made move in exceptionally smooth. They are both very caring people that care about the patients. The entire staff is amazing.

I have been searching for a place for my father for a couple of months. Farmington in Gresham was the first place that showed genuine concern and desire to get my dad settled in a place with whatever level of care he might need. They were friendly, compassionate, and professional. The facility has a very cozy, homey feel. I’m very happy to have found them!

Eric Pentz was so helpful in getting my Mother in law placed at Farmington Square Gresham. With the challenges of COVID19, we were unable to tour the facility but able to look in window of the apartment she was going to take. Eric and the rest staff was exceptional in getting all that was needed from Doctors, etc. to allow this change.I was very sorry that we were unable to continue her move in at this time due to the shut downs from the virus. We plan on moving her when this is over.Thank you again,

The facility and those I worked with to get my Mom a safe environment were very helpful. They all made me feel comfortable with the hard decisions I had to make for my Mom. Specifically, Eric and Perla made this transition, for my Mom, a reality. Using compassion and kindness for my Moms needs. Eric and Perla were miracle workers. They were caring, persistent and available throughout the process. They moved quickly to help our mother in a very difficult position with many changes in her life. She LOVES Farmington Square to date. It warms my heart that she is safe and being cared for by a team of caregivers.

The people at Farmington Square Gresham have been so kind and helpful. The decision to move my mom into assisted living was a hard one, and the process has been, well, stressful. We chose Farmington Square because they really went above and beyond to make the transition as easy as possible, and they have been so accommodating to us. My mom has had nothing but good things to say about the staff, and I really feel she is being taken care of. You can tell they truly want her to be happy there.

Eric was very helpful in getting information to us to make an informed decision about where to place my dad. We were not pressured at all and had the opportunity to virtually visit the place. It is especially hard to put a loved one in anothers care without being able to directly communicate with them and Yolanda has been very helpful assuring us that he is getting settled.

I have worked here at Farmington Square for close to 9 months now, and I love it! Management is quick to tell staff that they are doing a great job, which is a good motivator to keep up the good work! We work together as a team to make sure our residents receive quality care while still keeping as much independence as they possibly can. We offer activities that the residents enjoy and have a great activities department. Management is in and out of the buildings all day, making sure that quality care is being provided. This even extends to our executive director! You can tell she really cares about the residents, as well as the employees. This is a great place to work and a great place for families to look into for their loved ones.

I was looking for a place to move my husband to and contacted Farmington square. When I first contacted them I spoke with Eric and he explained they didnt have any openings but said would stay in touch. I went on line read reviews did a virtual tour of facility. About a month later Eric did check in with me still no openings but would stay in touch. About a month ago an opening came open and Eric contacted me. At that time I was waiting for my husbands yearly review. I was afraid he needed more care than an assisted living facility can give. Eric once again said he would check back and he did. I let Eric know we would be looking at SNFs but thanked him for all he had done. If you are looking for assisted living for a loved one I recommend Farmington square. They honestly are there for you and your loved one

Ive been working at Farmington Square for four years and my experience with them is great. Ive come to love my residents like family and get to meet their familys. Do I love my job and working for Farmington Sqaure Gresham? YES! Do I think there is room for improvement? Yes, but that is in all work places. The reason Im proud to be a part of Farmington Sqaure Greshams team is because we as a team band together for our residents. We go the extra mile in making sure our residents know we care and that we are here for them. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family because I trust my team.

Very happy with service level and care my family member is receiving. My family looked at a few facilities before making our decision. During our tour we met several staff members and it was great to see how they treat residents. We got the feeling that it was a caring environment. Now that our family member is there; I can say we made the right decision!!! I would recommend to everyone to take a tour of this facility and meet with staff before choosing a facility for your loved one.

Very nice Memory Care facility for my mother. Everyone is always so nice and accommodating. Mother has been doing so many fun things there. She has adjusted well and likes it so far.

The new management is a huge improvement, her ability to lead staff has created a positive environment for staff and residents. The community offers many activities for the residents to enjoy. Each cottage has such a homey feel to it, making the community a beautiful place to call home. The staff itself are hard working and compassionate, it makes it a wonderful place to work. The reason I love coming to work everyday is the team aspect and the compassion my other coworkers have for our residents. Having a new executive director that cares so much about the staff as she does about the residents makes it a very pleasant working environment, I am overjoyed to be part of the team.

I would never put my family in this place. They have no control if there staff or residents. Adult and family services shows up constantly. I would like to to add I got ahold of the home office have had to deal with some issues working there. But they have been on top of it the whole way

I have worked here for 4 years and it has been wonderful! Every job has good days and not so good days but here the managers always are willing to jump in and help no matter what is going on. I saw some of the negative stuff past employees posted which is sad because THEY were the ones that always called in or didn't show up. The team here is great and really care about the most important thing THE RESIDENTS! If you want to work with seniors this is the best place to work and feel at home while making a difference every day.

I love the team here! We are working together, really coming together to provide great care. I often get compliments from families on how well their love one looks, how engaging our activities are, and a general happy feel when everyone is sitting down to have meals together. The staff especially misty took care of my mother when she was in late stage cancer until her passing. The staff did their best to care for my mother and the office staff did what they could to help. The one else would take my mom in her financial and physical condition.

My Mom has been at Farmington Square for less than a year, the help she has received has been wonderful. She needs help getting around, and they do that, she had a fall and cut her head, they had a Ambulance there quick and had her back in two days. Anybody that thinks it's not a good place, should try taking care of you parent or spouse for a month. Thank You Farmington Square.

My Mom was in the Diamond cottage at Farmington Square for only about a month. She was treated with love and respect and great care by all the caregiver staff there. She had Alzheimer's Disease and passed away gently with my Dad at her side. I can't say enough about the care and kindness we experienced at Farmington. Thank you all so much.
