Sapphire House is such a beautiful home! Every time I go to visit everything is clean and tidy. The staff is so helpful and caring, you can really tell they care about the residents! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place for their loved one!

I used to work for Sapphire House and its so much better for the residents than a large facility! They always have holiday events with great food for the residents and their families and invite all the staff. It is definitely a place that feels like home for the residents.

We have had a very good experience moving my brother into Sapphire House. The owners and staff are extremely helpful and caring. The house has been nicely remodeled inside and out. Sapphire House strives to make it a home for its residents, not just a house. My brother feels comfortable there and likes to take walks in the neighborhood. We are pleased that he is doing so well there.

Our family has been fortunate to find Sapphire House! It is a comfortable residential setting with an excellent patient care ratio. That is something you wont find in the larger institutional settings. The staff is courteous and pleasant to work with. Meals are nutritious and a common area allows for interaction between the residents. We have found a home away from home for our loved one and she is able to have her own private room.

Sapphire House is truly one of a kind. The commitment and efforts that have been put into this facility ensuring these residents have quality care and the most comfortable experience is what sets this facility apart from many others. This facility sets the standard when it comes to activities, meals, care, etc. Management is superb. The communication with the staff is like no other, there is definitely a respect factor that seems to be bottom line. All around this facility is a dream for anyones loved one. Safety, Nutrition, Activities, Specialized-Individual care, Family Days -- these are of high concern in most facilities, but at Sapphire thats only the minimum. Management and the owners of the facility make actual efforts to make the facility better, and they take pride in caring for the residents, making them feel at home, and solidifying the family of the residents have zero worries-concerns. I worked at Sapphire House, and I can honestly say this facility is absolutely Ohios best kept secret. Definitely worth looking into!

Ive worked with this company for about two years now, I love working here. I always get the sense of love and compassion coming from the owners and staff. I love my residents and the many events we have with them year round. SAPPHIRE House is a wonderful place and I will definitely consider them as my first option should I ever need assisted living for my own parents.
