I have a friend at Brookdale who receives good care. I agree with other comments about the friendly atmosphere amongst all employees there. Danielle and the director always ask for feedback and what else they can do to make my friend enjoy his experience there. Nursing staff and medical coordinator, Valerie, keep me informed concerning his health. I want to thank those I spoke to today . Lisa, Saffire and Danielle... keep up the good service you provide!

I had the pleasure of visiting recently, and everything about this community exceeded expectations. It feels so homey, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. Danielle took time to personally welcome us and show us around, and her friendliness and compassion for the residents”and for seniors in general”really stood out. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor spaces are lovely. But I also have to mention the food”it’s fantastic! The dining experience felt more like a cozy restaurant than a senior living community. It’s clear residents are well cared for in every detail here. I highly recommend this community for a loved one.

From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt such a warm and welcoming atmosphere at this community. It truly feels like home. The staff is absolutely wonderful”engaging, caring, and always going above and beyond to make residents and families feel comfortable and supported. The apartments are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable, giving residents both privacy and a true sense of independence. We are also so impressed with the outdoor spaces”beautifully maintained, inviting, and perfect for enjoying fresh air and time with friends or family. This community is everything we hoped for and more, and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

Smaller facility with great staff. Very caring and responsive. My dad has been living here for a year and we've had nothing but good things to say. Any issues have been quickly addressed and resolved. Nursing staff is patient, polite, caring. Meals are good, with variety. Our family is grateful for Brookdale Westerville!

Although placing our dad in Memory Care was so so tough, there is great comfort in knowing he is at Brookdale. They have made his stay there the best it could be. Our dad attempts to wander at night and would try to leave the facility, thus he needs to be in the Memory Care section, but during the day, his cognition is similar to many in the Assisted Living side of Brookdale. What has been remarkable is the Brookdale management and staff. They have personalized our dad's care so that although his room is in Memory Care, he is able to spend much of his day in Assisted Living. He has his meals with the residents in Assisted Living, which has allowed him to form friendships there. The activity director is awesome. She spends so much time actually engaging with the residents. Its clear she 'designs' her activities which will best meet where the residents are at. The administrator or Brookdale and the health director are very hands on. Their office doors are open, and I can see that they are keeping their eyes on what is happening each day. They don't just 'administer' but engage with the residents, sometimes even bringing a guitar out and playing some old time tunes. With all this being said, it is still tough to not have our dad at home, but since he cant be home, Brookdale gives us peace of mind.

My family’s experience with Brookdale has been great. We only hoped to manage the situation our family was in but have been pleasantly surprised to see my mother find belonging among the residents. I’ve seen joy that was missing during home care. I’m pleased to see her make new friends and we have been made to feel welcome when visiting. I believe Brookdale is a wise investment. The facility is safe, clean, and provides an uncommon opportunity to be outside at will due to the central courtyard within the footprint of the building. I’m comparison, many larger facilities lacked this green space. Thanks Brookdale.

Brookdale Westerville is a great place that I would love my family to live here. The staff has worked there for a long time, and there is not much turnover. The food is wonderful. Everyone cares about the residents, and they show respect to everyone.

Brookdale assisted living is one of the best choices I have ever made. My brother is very happy and content there. He's made friends, enjoys the games, movie night, cookout and celebrated holidays. Brookdale takes pride in their cleanliness, they are very organized and caring of each individual resident. It was one of the most difficult decisions to make and after researching and visiting several facilities Brookdale was top of my list. I wanted my brother to have the best care but most of all I wanted him to be happy. Yes he likes to go out but he often reminds me that bingo is at 3 and he doesn't want to miss it. The staff are amazing and talk, laugh, and care for each person as if they were their own family member. Thanks to Brookdale I can sleep at night knowing my brother is safe & well cared for because after all he's home at Brookdale.

This is the most loving and caring community not only of the Residents they serve ,but their staff as well. Very Family oriented and superb care is given there. Community is small and staff retention is outstanding providing that continuity of care for the ones that they serve.
