My mom is a resident there going on two years. The staff is absolutely wonderful! The building needs much tlc. The elevators have been less than 100 percent functional for almost two years. They are now completely down. I witnessed today a gentleman walking down two flights of stairs backwards with his walker. Same with men with canes, sliding their canes on the railings while walking behind. Was informed last November that they would be repaired by spring. I'll believe it when I see it! The staff and residents have been so patient, but staff can only be as good as with the tools they are provided by the company that hires them. Everyone is very frustrated!

I love the place the people are friendly but what Im not to happy about is,when I want to call on my cellphone to get a hold of them to ask to talk to my mom so me my oldest brother can chat with her for awhile at least to see how she is doing to tell her we love miss her! Im disappointed,everytime I called, there was NO call back at all so I couldnt even speak to her but they have my cell# down several times I gave it to them,the other is then they tell me shes doing ok Seriously?!! what is going on because yes I can understand their schedules rules you cant be on the phone too long because of other residents have to use it...etc... but to talk to my mom, I should NOT be having problems to try to reach out to talk to her, I love miss her so does my brother we would appreciate it to be able to talk to her, first of all,You CANT get Coronavirus over the phone,2) we dont have it, 3) even if wearing a mask youre still not safe at all 4) we have every right to talk to her,she is our mom the best only one God gave us I shouldnt be having problems to talk to her at all...very disappointed overall they are friendly when we visited her before this virus came,we had fun spending time to talk to her hang out with her

I can't thank the staff enough. I have dealt with many assisted living facilities Hiton East is the best place ever. The staff took great care of my Mom. They knew what she needed and watch over her every needs. They made sure my Mom was cared for. I am truly grateful for the people at Hilton East. I highly recommend Hilton East .

My dad has seemed to make a smooth adjustment so far into this community and has really made him self right at home. He has had no complaints about the food and has enjoyed the activity program they have available throughout the week. Overall I have been pleased with the care he has received and have no complaints
