I have been here since February 1st of 2026, So far no major problems have happened to me knock on wood,lmao, have made a lot of new friends who treat me like family members even better than my blood family, Great events every month to keep you busy it's never boring here. There's bingo, card games, board games and exercise room, a library, a laundry room, pool table room, vending machines are available to use. Friendly staff. Something for everyone to enjoy. I found my forever home ’•.

This place is Filthy smelly and over priced, Don't move here, especially if you are a person of color. [name removed] is disrespectful and a liar, the person over maintenance is a racist liar along with some residents they will lie on you when you.

I have been here 10 years at lease renewal in early 2026. The amenities are nice and if you are able to manage a 500 square foot 1 bedroom, it is tolerable . Most people are friendly but their are strong cliques here which makes it hard for new people to find new friendships & an individual may feel rejected if different. Refuse removal has been a problem; lack of safety in maintaining parking lots & sidewalks during the winter-often an ice skating rink; constant neighbor disputes; poor or no communication from staff for covid outbreaks or bedbug problems repeatedly with the same residents; favoritism on part of management towards some residents over others; high yearly rent increases each year (2026-one bedroom rent for lowest income is $1149. Rents have increased $320 from 2023 to 2026 for a small one bedroom.); and recently management has installed cameras in the elevators & both inside and around the exterior of the complex building in which another resident has been monitoring the cameras. The elevators frequently need repair. Three winters in a row a few years ago experienced burst pipes,flooding & extensive damage to main entrance area and 1st floor units due to inadequate insulation of the water pipes. Frequent office staff turnover in the last 5 years. One year I waited 10 months to get a lease renewal from the office and the manager sent out eviction notices to half of the building claiming delinquent Rents when people were actually paid current. One 85 year old resident was admitted to the hospital with heart problems as a result of her erroneous eviction notice. Also one woman took her own life here in the building. I am looking around.

I have lived here for eight years and I love this place we have the best manager in the world. She was gone a year and came back and it’s even better now! While she was gone, many people were going to leave and now that she’s back it’s wonderful! If your mom or dad want to move in here, please come in and fill out an application and they will be so happy. There are so many activities to do and people are so friendly and so helpful. The office is very helpful open from 9 AM to 3 p.m. they will answer all your questions, and do anything that they can do for you come on in!!!

When we moved in four years ago, this place was nice: we even sold our home to come move in there. It wasn’t all bad but as time went on things detereated. It became dirty . We even had maggots up in the third floor garbage room. Garbage kept piling up and had a putrid smell. Flys were all over the place as well as gnats. We would keep vinegar and dish liquid out on our counter to catch the gnats. Many of the tenets are on a tight budget, many would like to move but can’t afford to. HOMELEASING withholds most of your security deposit (saying your carpet is either dirty or stained so that they can put in new carpet) I had to go to court to get what they held out for the carpet. It is so sad for these older people that are all ready experiencing hardship through old age and economic hardships.

Great place for senior subsidized housing. Hook ups for washer dryer in each apartment. Well maintained new apartments. Activity center, community room, main lounge. Events scheduled for residents, fitness center.
