Purchased property in 2023 and moved here from East Coast with sibling. HOA/Lot mthly bit steep but paying to live with able, capable, financially solvent Adults, No kids or vagabonds. Common areas and amenities sufficiently well maintained and the location in Las Vegas suburb is outstanding. Recommend highly!

I saw some places I would love to buy but the land lease is so expensive. If I could get the home cheaper it may work out! Love the vibe. So clean and well maintained.

We were here for the community yard sale. We found some treasures. We noted the narrow streets and the lack of sidewalks. We said, if we were looking for a place to live, we would not want to live here because of the narrow streets & lack of sidewalks.

Nevada Valley of Fire State Park is really special! The red and contrast with the yellows is very intense and photogenic near sunset- and probably near sunrise. Exploring the rock formations is fun to actually get among the rocks. Just be respectful and don't leave any traces of your visit. Beautiful place!

Extremely well keep up mobile home community. Homes Sit high on the hill with some great views over-looking Henderson and the park/lake below. Gated requires fob or access code little if no kids running around overall nice adult community.

Lived here for 4 years. I love convenience. Everything we need is within a 5 mile radius. I can drive there without ever getting on the freeway. It's a safe place to live. I love our home and beautiful front and backyard and attached garage. House sits on the ground with no steps to have to climb. It has a dog park, community center with pool, spa, gym, and more. Management has always been good to me. Everyone keeps up their homes. It's quiet and gated. Houses are reasonably priced, land lease and HOA are very reasonably priced. What more can you ask for.

I would love to live here its a beautiful quiet spot. Its close to stores and entertainment without all the city noise. I am old enough to live there but my roommate isnt. That is my only complaint he has four more years for that. Check it out for yourself youll fall in love as i did.
