My cousin is looking forward to a great experience at Merrill Gardens. Everyone, and I mean everyone, from the management to the maintenance staff to the food service staff have been incredibly kind and helpful. As family members, they took time to help us too. This property is located in a beautiful neighborhood. There were several properties much closer to our home but, between the staff and the setting, this was the first choice. Thank you for everything. Here's to many years of happiness for Ron.

I have been working closely with the resident care director and the housekeeping manager for several months now to help provide staff who are committed to caring with a commitment to quality. Every interaction has been a positive one and if there's ever a problem, it has been solved by working together to make sure the residents are being properly cared for. The focus of the management team is on their residents and their staff so they can deliver exceptional care and services.

Merril Gardens GVR has been a partnership of ours for a decent amount of time now, they are extremely efficient with communicating to us the quality of care they expect when it comes to their residents, and are always willing to come up with a solution to any issue, meaning they genuinely care for providing great quality of life, and overall a exceptional living experience. One of the most friendly, observing CDC guidelines...I go thete frequently and couldnt feel more safe....they do their DUE DILIGENCE...Resptionist BJ is a DOLL as well as others but she really is very obliging, and courteous and Helpful...

I have been fortunate to come to this facility over the last 10 years as a health care provider. The staff is extremely professional, caring and polite. The staff and resident turnover is minimal. Many residents have been here over 5 years. Everyone is treated with great respect . I look forward to continued visits at Merrill Gardens .

I cant say enough about the staff and residents of Merrill Gardens. Always warm and welcoming. The facilities are awesome. Not a thing out of place. Everyone seems to care which is always a good start. Definitely a good place visit.

I had to find a place for my Dad quickly. My Mom passed away unexpectedly and I needed to get him close to me. He can get around great with a walker but he needs to have people around to look out for him and he is very social. My husband and I are at work during the day and I didnt want him to be lonely. This place is wonderful. My dad is independent and has made so many friends. He is happy which makes me happy. True, the rent goes up but this is the way of the world. This is a community it is not a nursing home. Every single person who works here is invested in the residents of this facility. I think it is worth every penny.
