Amada Senior Care Charlotte was incredible! I was an employee. The owners covered shifts when no one else would and everyone was genuinely kind, nice and helpful. What stood out the most to me was when my car was totaled and the owners allowed me to use the company car to get to work. They are great people and Amada is a great place to work. AMADA and Brad and Gwen saved me in a very difficult time. When I needed to bring my husband home with Hospice they were there immediately. They helped me with the care we needed, fully understood the stress in making this change and provided not only the caregiver that my husband needed but the caregiver that I needed. AMADA staff was always available for discussions, receptive to patients needs and adaptive to any time or caregiver adjustments necessary. Having used two other agencies - I found that AMADA caregivers were of the highest skilled . Brad and Gwen had a set of values and communication techniques that made for continuity between caregivers - making Each day easier for me as the spouse. We sought a caring, reputable home care service for our 97 year old mother last summer. Brad came to mom's home and spent time to answer our pointed questions and present Amada's mission and way of doing business. Everything was spot on and once hired this standard of care continued without missing a beat. Each person of my large family was impressed and more importantly our mom was happy and well cared for. I unconditionally recommend Amada from the Huntersville location. They couldn't have done a better job.

We recently chose Amada Senior Care for our mother's home healthcare. From the interview with Brad to the time Mom entered an assisted living facility, they were wonderful to work with. Administratively, they provided consistent, dependable coverage and offered clear communication with our family. From a "boots on the ground" perspective, Lisa, our mother's caregiver, couldn't have been more professional, attentive, and kind to our mother. Lisa was able to spend the first few days in the facility with Mom, making sure the transition went well. We will be forever grateful for the care Amada extended to our mother and our family. The team at Amada Senior Care was amazing! I'm not one for posting many reviews, but the experience our family had with everyone we dealt with was all anyone could hope for in terms of customer service and clear/concise communication. When it comes to taking care of family members things can often get overwhelming, but the team at Amada did everything they could to make things simple, clear and avoid any miscommunication. We highly recommend them and will use them again in the future whenever needs arise for my dad.
