The Staff at Cadence Huntersville has been so loving, helpful and kind to my mom, as well as to me! We had looked at a few other possibilities in the area and found that Cadence was the only center that felt most like home. My mom feels safe and cared for, she feels well known by the Staff, and has enjoyed making new friends with others who also call Cadence home. I am so grateful to feel such peace about my mom's wellbeing and safety. I could no longer care for my mom by myself in my home when my husband got diagnosed with stage IV pancreatic cancer. I didn't want to have to move her anywhere but as a family we decided it would be best and we want to thank all of the Staff and Leadership at Cadence for loving my mom just like we all do!

The wonderful and caring team at Cadence Huntersville helped me and my family immensely during an emotional and challenging time. Their expertise and compassion gave us the confidence we needed when moving my mama when we thought she needed assisted living, but truly needed memory care. Great place for my mom Two and a half years ago I needed to urgently find my mother a place to live after relocating her from out of state. I researched and visited literally every Assisted Living in the Lake Norman area and Cadence checked off a lot of boxes for me. The staff is outstanding. They are very attentive to her care and individual needs. Everyone is very friendly and knows her by name. There are plenty of activities that keep her engaged when she has the energy, and although she is no longer able to partake, there are regular outings for any interested residents. Communication is great, and the app they have available to allow family to stay involved is fantastic. Add to that the regular events they have for holidays that involve family members, and you will find that Cadence becomes not only part of your loved one's family, but part of yours. The facility is always clean and well taken care of, and there have been many improvement projects completed during her time there. It is large enough to be able to provide many services, but small enough that you don't get lost. When she has been unfortunate to get ill, transition back from the hospital or rehab was very easy given their relationship with home care companies, and OT and PT. She has been very happy with the food, despite having special food restrictions. Overall i've been very happy with choosing Cadence for my mother. And as a local primary care physician, I have been happy to recommend them to many of my patients

This place has not one black resident. They will allow you to tour the facility, but low-key laugh at you behind your back! I was able to tour the facility, but I never received a call back after leaving two voicemails. People of color - CONTINUE DRIVING-DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

My mother has been there for 3 weeks now. The staff is wonderful and always answers any questions I have in a timely manner. I am grateful for their patience and kindness towards my mother during her transition into assisted living. There are a variety of daily activities to pick from. My mother seems so much more social and is even exercising daily! Cadence has a wonderful app to use that shares with you daily updates of your loved ones activates and upcoming events. They recently have painted both inside and out and a full renovation of the dining room. The facility is very easy for my mother to navigate in her wheelchair. I know my sister and I made the right decision. Added bonus: she says the food is awesome and they have several options to choose from each meal!

My mother recently moved to Cadence Living in Huntersville. From day one, I have been so impressed with the facilities and most important… the amazing staff! I already feel like they are my family. Mama’s room is always clean and the food is delicious. My mama has made friends and is really adjusting and enjoying her new apartment and lifestyle. I know in my heart, this would not have been possible without such a caring and compassionate staff!

My mom has been at Cadence since June. It started out well. However, immediately after she got settled, the Admin Staff changed. The activities director is great. The food not so good. My mom says that everyone complains about the food. There is very little Staff on weekends. I agree with the previous post also.

The Cadence welcome of my loved one was over the top excellent. It has been a smooth transition thanks to the staff at Cadence Huntersville and the residents there. Lots of warmth, kindness, and activities! From the tour for my loved one to another tour for some of the family to move in date, what a friendly and family-oriented experience. Hats off to everyone. I appreciate the food, the respect, the independence along with appropriate care and medication management. The social activities are spot on. Thank you for making this transition as easy as possible.

Awesome facility!! I have been employed with this facility for two months now. We uphold the concept of ensuring that a persons quality of life can be maintained for as long as possible in a comfortable, safe environment. We have an good resident-to-staff ratio and an individualized plan for each resident which is adjusted at regular intervals as life circumstances change. We are clean and the residents are safe. Our facility is designed to feel like home. We welcome family and friends. We allow residents to pursue things, activities that feed their soul. I would recommend this facility to anyone who believes in great quality care of individuals and their overall well being.

The facility is nice, but the food is bad, they need to take their residents in consideration, they never bring condiments, or ask if you need any, the meals are pitiful. I have seen 1st hand .i personally would not eat what they serve !
