A Place For Mom
Shepparton Family Care Home is a very clean place and the staff members are super super friendly. They really took great care of our loved one, and since it is smaller scale the staff to resident ratio was adequate. They are able to provide that more intimate personalized care and really took the time to get to know him.

I feel that I am very lucky to have found these residential homes. I have been really pleased with what all has happen. They have activities like coloring and watching t.v together and more for the residents to do to stay busy.

When you walk in the front door, you feel like you are in someones house. It is very warm and inviting and not institutional at all. The cleanliness of the home is great, we have showed up with planned and non planned visits and the place is always spotless. There is a set menu with a wide variety of meals from what I have been able to see. Since it is a smaller place, they have the ability to give more options and can be more accommodating. It is always the same staff that rotates, so there is a lot of consistency which is very nice. The caregivers themselves give us great details when we ask questions. They also call us whenever they have any questions for us and they have constant communication. The resident to staff ratio here is great. I would highly recommend them to others who are looking.

We could not be happier with Shepparton Family Care Home. Everything from [Removed], the owner, to the CEO, to the cleanliness of the home, the food they serve, the care they give, the attention to detail, and the discipline and attention to detail they give with medications is perfect. It's a small place, which is one of the main reasons we chose it. The house itself is beautiful and it's in a beautiful location. We would absolutely recommend this community to other's. It is excellent.
