My mom was still able to live independently, but since she had a couple falls and was very lonely, I started to look into alternate living arrangements. She and I toured the facility together in July 2023 and had lunch with a couple residents. The food was fabulous and the residents were so kind and told us how happy they were. After we left, she and I discussed her making the move and ultimately decided that this would be a good place for her. She moved in August 2023 and is thriving more than I thought possible. She is very active and walks every day, rain or shine. There is a nice little fitness area and mom utilizes that as well. My mom is pleased with the social activities and is never bored. Between the games, entertainment, field trips, etc, there is always something for her to do. We are both happy with this decision and I can rest better knowing she is safe and happy!

My Mom was here for a little less than 2 years prior to her passing and the facility did a wonderful job of taking care of her. The other residents were very kind and my Mom made many new friends during her stay. I stayed with her for 2.5 months, near the end for her life, and the facility did a fantastic job making me feel welcome too. I strongly recommend Pine Ridge of Hayes.

Stopped in to tour this community today and was treated very well. It's pet friendly and has a trail to walk pets! The director and activity director also welcomed me and asked if I had questions. Single story building and some of the apartments have screened in porches too. They also have Theramax rehab which is a huge plus if the residents need rehab in the community. Very positive experience, and the residents I spoke to all seemed happy there. Worth a look for sure!

My mom is doing very well at Pine Ridge. She came in there almost a year ago and could barely walk, she had therapy at pine ridge and eats very great gourmet food every day, she is now walking miles every day-doing fantastic! The people there are very caring, they treat the residents like family. I am very very pleased with Pine Ridge!

Finding a trustworthy senior community offering some assisted living for my 80 year old Mom has been a daunting task to say the least. Finding a place that will care for my mom with love and compassion has been difficult. I was beginning to lose hope. From the moment my Mom and I stepped into Pine Ridge of Hayes for our tour with Skyler, we were impressed. The best way I can describe it is that it just feels like “home”. We moved her in recently and have not doubted the decision whatsoever. The ENTIRE staff is beyond friendly and you can just tell that they all do their jobs from the heart. I can rest easy knowing my Mom is in good hands and that feeling is EVERYTHING!

Having my mother living at Pine Ridge has been a big relief for me as I live in another state. I know she has transportation when needed for medical needs. Staff checks up on her if she misses a meal or if she if feeling bad. I have had so much less stress in my life from worrying about her living on her own. My mom is a resident at Pine Valley. We had to find living arrangements for her with little notice due to a health issue. She chose Pine Ridge because of location & the screened in patio was very attractive to her. She wasn’t thrilled not to be able to return to her home but she agreed to give it a try for a year with the agreement that if she didn’t like it, I would start looking for a home that we could both live in & have her out in a year. She loves living at Pine Ridge. Every Friday she sends me a pic of the wine that’s offered at dinner. Funny thing is she was never a drinker. Now she likes her Friday glass of wine. She’s never complained once about anything. She wasn’t feeling well one day, they called 911, called me to let me know & when she didn’t return the next day they called me to see how she was doing & asked if I needed anything. There have been a few times she needed help with bathing, medication & things like that. They have staff on site that are available to help her if I can’t. Most important is that she loves it. I appreciate the service they provide. They care about their residents. If an issue arises it handled & I’m notified. My mom is happy living there & that makes me happy.

My Aunt just recently moved to Pine Ridge of Hayes and she loves it. I did research on at least a dozen senior living facilities and there was no doubt in my mind that this was where my Aunt needed to be. I spoke with Mary several times at length and she was absolutely amazing. With everything being on the first floor Pine Ridge of Hayes is very cozy and welcoming. Finding a place like this for a family member can be stressful but Mary made this experience pleasant and stress free.

I have worked at Pine Ridge of Hayes for almost 7 years. From the moment you walk in our front door, the warmth and kindness of our staff is felt all around you. My dad lived alone for a couple of years after mom passed away. It got to be too much for him to be alone and we shopped for place for him to move into. We visited several facilities and stopped in Pine Ridge to see what it had to offer. The moment Mary met us at the door we knew this was the place for dad. We took dad to meet Mary and took a tour of the place. My dad immediately fell in love with Mary. Dad moved in a couple weeks later has lived there for almost 2 years. He has enjoyed every minute of living there, he says this is the most friends he has ever had. It is comforting to know that he is being taken care of and that he is happy.

Our Mom had visited Pine Ridge of Hayes when she was younger and when the time came to free herself of all those pesky chores of condo living, she was determined to move into the homey-ness of Pine Ridge. Its been a great overall experience for her and for all of us knowing that Mom is so well cared for. The entire staff (very little turnover, by the way) is sweet, loving, patient and engaging. The activities never end, the food is good and the staff is VERY RESPONSIVE to not just my mom (answering her emergency button in the middle of the night when she stumbled or accidentally pushed it in her sleep..!) but also to us, her family, regarding any nuance of modification we request on her behalf. Now when we visit Mom, we get to actually VISIT with her -not just tend to her needs as before. I cant imagine what it takes to run a senior community and keep everyone happy and safe -Pine Ridge nails it.

Pineridge of Hayes offers an EXCELLENT senior assisted living residence. My father lived at Pineridge of Hayes for nearly ten years, and the experience was wonderful from the beginning, and continued to improve, and over the last few years with Ann Marie Broquet as the director, it has really earned a special place in my heart primarily because of all that is available for the residents. The atmosphere is friendly, caring, and upbeat. The residents are respected as individuals and there are so many activities for the residents and their families to enjoy! My fathers favorite group activities were bingo, the monthly birthday celebrations, and the musical entertainment. Additionally, he participated in seasonal activities, and trips to the casino and restaurants. As his health began to fail & he was hospitalized on occasion - the staff was always so welcoming when he would return. I am so very grateful that the Homestead Home Health Care team was available to help him spend his last few years at Pineridge of Hayes, which began home. I strongly recommend Pineridge of Hayes to those seniors and their families that are looking for a special assisted living community.

I am always greeted with smiles from the residents and coworkers because it is such a happy friendly place. The community is very clean and tidy especially with all the new furniture and carpeting they recently purchased to give us a modern facelift. The strongest asset is the activity programs that keeps the residents happy and busy daily. They are all very welcoming to all new incoming residents and enjoy welcoming them with an Ice Cream Social.
