As my mother's cognition deteriorated, I called Home Helpers. Boy was I glad I did. Not only did they allow me to rest easier, but they actually improved (dramatically) my Mother's emotional well-being. I wish I had brought them in 6 months earlier. In the three years that I've been using the service, every one of their aides has cared deeply about taking care of my Mom and has practically become family to me. They all have such a great attitude and are willing to do whatever it takes to improve Mom's situation. Inevitably, an aide may have a family emergency of their own, and with other agencies, this might mean needing to take off work to be the emergency caregiver. But the supervisors at Home Helpers are also experienced aides that pitch in wherever needed in these situations. They are awesome and the whole office staff has been amazing.

I never thought I'd be given an agency a four star review gone through quite a few. I've had a few abs said I clicked west, but they've always landed up quitting. However, when I met Denise for the first time, she told me you should be able to find me someone it took them a couple shots to find the right person but when they did, they hit the nail right on the head I cannot say how much I love my head. She has truly been a blessing in my life she's sweet, kind, caring, compassionate, capable, and I love everything about her she's quickly become more than an ad to me, but more like a friend , she helps me do the things I can't and helps me do the things I can we have adventures together things that I couldn't deal with other people seriously it by it they found me as the best fit I could not be happier. It's hard when you're not a senior, define good help most of the care is directed at seniors, and when they get a younger person, they don't know how to handle them as most aids. Just want to spend their day on the phone texting, ignoring you completely, however mine does not do that. She's always engaging with me always checking on me and always there when I need her I honestly could not be more happy with the person they found I'd be lost without her.

Home Helpers has been invaluable in so many ways to help with my Mom's care- from Denise , the owner who is invested in her clients, responsive, astute and professional to the capable office admin and field supervisory staff of Jill and Leslie to the aides who cared for Mom as though she was their Mom too. The aides became part of our family and provided trustworthy, loving care and companionship to her. All the aides are great but there are a few angels among them who deserve special recognition- namely Dorna, Adrianna and Rose. They knew how to make her smile, comfort her and anticipate her needs. As Mom's needs increased, Home Helpers responded quickly and adapted appropriately. As a health care professional, I have high standards and expectations and I honestly attest to the high quality of this agency and its staff.
