I'm extremely happy we chose the Carriage House at Lee's Farm for my parents. The pictures you see are real - the team that works there is amazing and they always have a smile on their face. The move in process was super smooth and the team there was very focused on helping them integrate into the community (which happened really quickly). My parents are very happy there and are thriving in the community.

My daughters and I spent two, three-day weekends visiting virtually every memory care live-in facility in our area. We toured, spoke with management, staff, and several of the residents' families. We observed from afar the daily activities, entertainment, meals served, learned of outside trips, and saw the level of the warm, caring interaction staff had with residents. We found the right place - Carriage House at Lee's Farm - for my wife; where today she is content, engaged and receives the attention, care, activities, and compassion she deserves 24 hours a day. and we sleep better knowing this. -- Bill

Really disappointed. Nothing like they present it as. Will not work with you if needs change. Beware a nice place for very light assisted living. Even though they charge for higher levels of service there is no real meaning to it. They can escort to meals and activities but that is basically all. Very disappointing experience even though I was clear from the beginning about my fathers needs. In particular when my dads needs changed carriage house added more confusion and stress to an already challenging situation for the family to handle.

My parents have been living at Carriage House at Lee's Farm since March and are enjoying their new home. After touring over 10+ Assisted Living facilitites in the past year, we were fortunate to find Carriage House! They have an amazing team of professionals including Libby Mattei (Executive Director), Eden McDonough (Director), the entire nursing staff (Jason, Annette, Kerri, Obi, etc.) and a top-notch care team who take great care in creating a wonderful community. Mom and Dad are safe, well-cared for and enjoying every day. The activities are well-organized and entertaining with lots of live music. This is the best place and we are so lucky to have found it. Thank you Carriage House for all you do.

My mom has been living at Carriage House since January 2020, and even prior to Covid changing everything last March I found the staff to be extremely friendly, supportive and all around top notch. With the lock down of senior residences my good impressions and respect for the entire team grew exponentially as they went above & beyond to keep all the residents safe & healthy, as we all adjusted to a new normal. I also appreciate the open and honest communication from both Carriage House itself & their corporate headquarters as things continued to shift and change through all of last year. I can't say enough about happy I've been with the decision to have my mom residing at the community.

I moved my parents into Carriage House in January, during the height of the Covid 2nd wave. I can not say enough positive things about their staff and the environment. Moving into assisted living is very traumatic and as my father put it before "life changing", but now he loves it. He loves the food and the activities. He feels (and more I) feel very comfortable. I know he is safe and well taken care of and he feels like home. He still asks me how long he is staying, because he thinks it as a luxury resort. My step mom has really embraced living there and also raves about the food. I looked at a lot of AL in this area, the search ended when I visited the Carriage House, it had it all.

I have a family member who has been here since March of 2019. I am consistently impressed with the beautiful facility but more importantly the absolutely amazing staff! They are very dedicated & have been even more so during this past very difficult year. They go well above & beyond what one would expect. So kind, caring & respectful. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. I cannot say enough good things!!!

My mom is living well and enjoying every minute of her life at Carriage House. The staff is our extended family and the activities and food are absolutely first rate. Mom has adventures every week with the activities and she can have as much excitement or quiet as she chooses. The residents are warm and welcoming to all. I know living at Carriage House is not only extending mom's life but giving her a quality of life she would never have living alone. We all deeply appreciate Carriage House; it is a real treasure. We are lucky to be part of this very special community. During this miserable pandemic we know mom is safe and enjoying a quality of life that would be impossible anywhere else. We are so grateful to everyone at Carriage House.

Absolutely exceptional in every respect. Kind, compassionate, and attentive, care combined with perfectly professional and responsive management. Hugely impressed with the extraordinary and engaging events and field trips that provide loved ones with interesting and enjoyable activities and a sense of inclusion and dignity. Immaculately clean facilities and always friendly faces make this place a joy to come to under otherwise difficult circumstances in dealing with elders with memory loss issues. An amazing team (from the front desk to the back offices) that has not failed in support and flexibility as situations demand. Excellent food options, superb on-site nursing staff, and proximity to local resources make this an ideal assisted/memory care facility. My highest recommendation.

Carriage House at Lee's Farm has been an exceptionally welcoming new home for my father! Dad made the big transition about three months ago, moving from the house he'd lived in for more than 50 years. Carriage House is charming, clean and well maintained, both inside and outside. The food is nutritious and delicious, with many menu choices available daily. Activities programming is creative, diverse and plentiful. The entire staff at Carriage House is first-rate! Employees are gregarious and each associate treats my dad with dignity, respect and loving care. Managers and staff ensured that my father's transition to his new community went smoothly. I enjoy socializing with my father's new friends at Carriage House. And when I leave after a visit, I know in my heart that Dad is home and is safe, in a great and caring place.

My mom is relatively new to Carriage House at Lee's Farm. It has been such a positive experience for her as well as for me, her daughter. Employees are so helpful and kind and everyone works together to ensure that residents are well cared for and happy. The food is excellent! The grounds are impeccable and they have so many things for the residents to do. I highly recommend this beautiful community!

The Carriage House staff has been incredibly response to the changes needs of our parents. With mom's dementia, we continue to get educated on the disease and progression, and specifically how it is impacting mom. There is thought into particular activities that are best for her, the amount of time, time of day, and together we have seen mom be at her very best. Staff members are with ready smiles, and considerable care for residents and extended families alike. The Carriage House team puts together and extensive offering of activities on and off the campus, scaled for different need levels so the maximum number of residents can participate appropriate to their skill levels. There is always a warm community to welcome you during what can be a really challenging time and they will work with you to ease the transition.

The staff was great, the management not so. This is first and foremost business. They are constantly looking to get more $$ out of you. Even when they mess up, they blame you. We are now using another facility and are much happier.

Life at the Carriage House has been extraordinarily wonderful for my mom. After visiting and researching Memory Care facilities, we decided on the Carriage House at Lee's Farm. The positive energy, the beautiful welcoming rustic atmosphere, and the attentiveness from each member of the community made our decision an easy one. Carriage House's success truly lies in their staff! From the directors, nurses, personal care aides, culinary experts, and the program team members, you are always greeted with kindness, a smile, and a comforting and caring spirit. There is an enthusiasm that permeates Carriage House. The assistants are always ready to help, to promote socialization, to stir the imagination, and to increase self esteem in a very positive environment to stimulate the mind, body and soul of all participants. My mom is happy; her days are filled with a variety of activities; music, shows, games, trips, art, cooking, exercise or... a respite nap if needed. A resident is always invited to partake in all activities or take some quiet time to relax if preferred. Come and visit Carriage House, take a tour, meet the community, or give me a call and I will be happy to tell you more about our experience! It has been an awesome one! Maureen Noonan

5 stars is not enough. Of course, getting a good match for a parent at a senior living community is no easy task. While the Carriage House may not be for everyone, I can tell you from having looked extensively in the Metro West Area and having moved our mother twice - that there are unique aspects to the Carriage House that make it an absolute blessing for those who are supporting their loved one. The staff is phenomenal. They know and care about each resident. Their programming is lively, engaging and always evolving. There is a seamless experience that blends their "memory support" residents and their independent and assisted living residents - this is an important factor not to be overlooked. They do it so well! The physical layout is really well thought out and provides natural interaction and engagement - like a well designed home. Did I say that the staff is phenomenal? Yes, I did. I want to say it again. They are! The parent company Northbridge has a compelling mission and provides a layer of support that only helps to strengthen the stability of the caring culture at Carriage House. I am happy to speak to anyone who may be considering Carriage House and is navigating the inherent challenges involved with supporting their parent(s) 5 Stars is not enough.

My dad has been at Carriage House for 2.5yrs. He started on the assisted living side then 10mos later moved to memory care side. He is very happy here which makes me and my family very happy! This is a smaller community and is very active. He is a retired cartoonist and for much of the time he has been a resident he has been able to participate in the many offered programs and continue his art work. While he no longer draws he still loves and attends a variety of the programs. He may not recall names of everyone now but, he definitely recognizes the care givers and most of the other staff and residents. He says the food is great and everyone that "helps" him is "wonderful". As dad's local caregivers my husband and I love Carriage House. Any questions or concerns we may have they are available and responsive. We visit at a variety of times and have witnessed many acts of kindness on the part of the resident aides and staff towards all the residents...they are incredibly patient!!. We know laundry always seems to be tough in a facility but, we have had minimal problems. Labeling is most helpful and I found buying extra duds at Savers takes the worry out of anything gone missing. If you are considering assisted living with additional benefit of memory care I would encourage you to visit The Carriage House...where else would they have a dog show in the summer????So fun.
