Picked up a friend. She lives it there. Said no w/d hook ups in her room, must ho to a laundry room andcirs difficult to find available washers. She also said they charged $1 75 to wash. Also, no fish where must wash dishes by hand. Beware of the low awning out front. Many have hit it.

Its brand new the last building is. The monthly charge goes by how much money u make or get per month. There are alot of different things to do an places their van will take you if u plan ahead. Its section 8 housing, independent living. Giving a 5 stars for their environment and friendly as well. Would definitely recommend to family and friends in need of a place to live. It is also pet friendly.

THis is a senior independent living apartment complex on Highway 22 in Mandeville. Its rent is on a sliding scale depending on the financial situation of prospective tenants. Its a very affordable, safe place to live with a pharmacy and supermarket a short walk or motorized wheelchair ride away.
