My dad lived at the Windsor for the past 5 years and it has been a wonderful experience! Best of the Best you wont find better for your loved ones! My husband and I toured every facility in the area and the loving bright light environment we saw at windsor is why we chose it to start but quickly we fell in love with the staff and community there it truly felt like family. My dad had some major challenges and hardships where we had to add on additional services while living there for periods of time and the staff went above and beyond to care for my dad and loved him like their own. I live out of town and I had such a piece of mind knowing he was in good hands and the staff could always jump in and help me if anything was ever needed! I cant say enough you will not find a better place for you loved ones for a better price and we truly are so thankful and greatful for everything Justin, Amy, Nikki, and the rest of the staff at windsor did for my dad!

I cannot give the Windsor and its incredible staff enough stars to reflect the tremendous heart it has! Finding a place for one’s loved one is a difficult, overwhelming process. It’s obvious too that many retirement facilities are a business first and foremost and lack a genuine sense of passion and commitment. The Windsor is an exception to this rule. Upon entering the facility, there is an immediate sense of embracement by all, along with a feeling of being home. Every single staff member is engaged in rolling out a welcome mat. The staffs’ passion and dedication for the Windsor and its residents is reflected in all that they do. For instance, the Windsor is a beautiful, clean facility. When touring, we could not help but notice how clean it smelled, and when we commented on it, we were told that people say that all of the time. It is so evident the staff loves what they do and are there because of this love. Of course, making this decision/move is still difficult no matter how incredible the place and staff are, but this is understood. Justin, Chuck, and Amy are there with you for every question, concern, and doubt. They are so professional, knowledgeable, and caring. They go above and beyond whatever needs to be done to guide and reassure you during the decision making process. The staff is genuinely there for its residents and families. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for having such great heart at the Windsor!

You're not going to be able to find a better assistance living facility. The staff and administration are wonderful! My mom has had stability issues and every time she is in need of help someone is right by her side. She has activities throughout the day that she enjoys with the other residents. I have had peace of mind for the last ten months that this was the right choice.

The Windsor Senior living Community is by far the best place when I started searching for a retirement community for my mother. The Windosr is an absolutely beautinful property, with updated studio and 1-bedroom apartments. I would like to give a big Thank You to Miss Tina and her Windsor team for helping me through this whole process. Miss Angela has been a huge help as well with some assisted options. This was a new venture for me and my family, but Miss Tina made this process very simple and comforatable for my Mother's trasnsition. exteremely accomodating and surpassed all my expectations. I would highly recommend the Windsor for your loveones new place for retirement or if you are in need of an assisted living community. A very comfortable and inviting environment. My Father moved to the Windsor Senior living community a little over one year ago. We could not be more pleased with this community! The staff is always so willing to help with any concerns or issue. It is very clean and well managed. My Dad is also very comfortable and he’s found his home.

For Daddy, life at the Windsor was like living in Disney World......it was truly a magical experience. The Windsor provided extensive daily activities for their residents; in fact, it was hard to reach daddy by phone as he was always "hanging out" with other residents in the great room. But, in my opinion, it is each and every staff member that makes the Windsor such a special place. It is evident that the entire staff at the Windsor treats their residents with dignity, respect, love and extra special care. The staff truly made us feel like we were part of a family. I believe in my heart, that each member of their staff cared for my father almost as they would their own. I wish all seniors could experience the magic of the Windsor.

My mother and mother-in-law both live at Windsor Senior Living Community in Mandeville, LA . My mother has been there since 2008 and my mother-in-law since 2013. No words can relate how great this place is. Both my mother and father moved there in 2008. In 2011 my dad passed and my mother was so comfortable with all her friends at the Windsor I believe it helped in her grieving process of losing her spouse of 68 yrs. When the time came for my mother-in-law to move to a senior living community, my in-laws knew the Windsor was the perfect place after hearing all the good feedback from my moms experience there. The compassionate and care of the employees are beyond expected. I visit my mom often and see first hand on many many occasions the care from their hearts. They truly want to be there and make the residents happy and smile. The place is always joyful & decorated, always see smiling facing from both the residents and the employees, which means a lot . If anyone is thinking of a senior living community PLEASE take my advice and go visit. It will give you the peace of mind to know they are in a safe and secure happy environment, and a reassuring heart to know our loves are surrounded by others their age they can relate to and not be alone.
