The Administration and Staff were great to meet and discuss the progress of my wife’s rehabilitation from a fall.They did not always give me the answer I was looking for, but they were honest and straightforward about the program and what it was designed to do. They were very friendly and committed to working with the patients and their families!

I currently work in a field that requires me to provide and deliver medical supply equipment to a large number of facilities. It is of my strongest opinion that if you have loved ones and family in need of care that wellbrooke of westfield is of the highest caliber. ALL of the staff treat and care for the residents as actual family members. I visit alot of facilities and unfortunately the same cannot be said for all of them. My dad is a resident at Wellbrooke of Westfield. I discovered and first used Wellbrooke for the occasional adult day care service as well as a 1 week respite care stay in assisted living. A recent hospitalization resulted in dad being discharged to Wellbrooke for skilled nursing & rehabilitation care and now dad is a resident in assisted living. From day 1 Wellbrooke's care has been compassionate, caring and professional and as a result dad's transition from living with me to now being a resident at Wellbrooke has been comfortable for him and me. The staff caring for dad today includes several team members that we met and that provided care dating back to Day 1 of adult care! The entire team (admissions, caregivers and support staff) make for a day to day pleasant experience and their facility is very comfortable and clean. Both dad and I are very happy with our choice to use Team Wellbrooke to be our healthcare provider!

I'm writing to share my positive experience at Wellbrooke of Westfield. We always feel welcome and have enjoyed meeting new people for therapy and chatting with the other residents. The outdoor areas are particularly lovely, with the beautiful flowers and patio creating a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. It's truly enjoyable to sit outside for morning coffee or visits. The staff are also incredibly welcoming and friendly, always ready with a kind word. Our family especially loves the monthly brunch. It's a special day for everyone, and the food is consistently delicious!

The attention to detail in both the appearance of the building and the quality of resident care is outstanding. During our family member’s transition to Wellbrooke for assisted living services, I found the inclusivity of their care team meetings compelling. Every resident service provider”nursing, therapy, dietary, activities, and more”is present and actively participates in planning and decision-making. This culture of collaboration supports personalized, consistent care and, most importantly, gives residents direct access to the leaders responsible for their service outcomes. And the food”absolutely amazing! Chris and the culinary team consistently knock it out of the park. My wife was a recent resident at Wellbrooke of Westfield. While there she received exceptional care & attention. Her wonderful experience began with T.K. upon our night of arrival and continued with T.K.'s care, treating my wife like a member of her own family. This is also true for the care she received from Ann, Loretta, Gavin, Emily and the entire therapists team of Molly, Melissa and Molly. Social worker Anita managed all of the insurance and administrative requirements flawlessly, relieving us of any associated stresses. Executive Director, Maggie Miller, is to be highly recognized and commended for her leadership and management abilities as she has assembled and coordinates the activities of an outstanding team. Wellbrooke of Westfield has my highest endorsement for anyone seeking this type of care.

What can I say about wellbrooke of Westfield,nothing bad that's for sure nothing but good I'm here right now and I've been here for a week and I highly recommend it for Rehab resting facilities whatever you need in fact I think my PC might be up next week but we're seriously considered staying in the assisted living so that I can continue I haven't found anything bad to say about the place and I've been at a lot of places and i worked in healthcare so I can say I highly recommend it but it doesn't have enough Stars because I'd give it a 10 thank you! -Linda

There's a festive spirit here especially around holidays, also lots of activities for the residents including weekly live music with drinks and hot snacks every Friday. Families are invited and attend regularly. It's a nice place and the people are too.

Wellbrooke of Westfield is by far the best facility around. I’ve had several family members that have had to go rehab facilities over the years and this is the nicest place with the best staff. My dad and my grandmother have both been here and received great care. The staff are very friendly and the environment is very positive and uplifting. I also might add the activities are amazing and there is always something fun going on. I 100% suggest that all families check this place out.

My aunt was a patient on the WOW unit. They took very good care of her! She talked so highly of food and care she received while there. She unfortunately was transferred to a competitor building due to insurance and hated it! She wished she could have returned back to the WOW and talked about all the things she missed! Wellbrooke of Westfield has so much to offer, and I feel grateful knowing my loved one is cared for in such a thoughtful and accommodating environment. While I’ve had some concerns at times, I’ve found that management is receptive to feedback and works to address any issues promptly, which is reassuring. The rooms are private and designed with comfort and safety in mind, featuring large windows, spacious closets, and bathrooms with grab bars, a shower seat, and plenty of space. They also include cable TV and personal heating and air-conditioning units, making it easy to feel at home. The entire facility is meticulously clean, with no lingering odors, and laundry is handled efficiently”or you can choose to do it yourself. One of the most enjoyable aspects of Wellbrooke is the beautiful outdoor space. The walking path, which loops around the pond and extends around the building, is perfect for a peaceful stroll. In the summer, the pond comes alive with frogs and ducks, offering soothing and entertaining moments. The patio area provides plenty of seating, shade, and opportunities to relax, making it a wonderful place for families to gather. Wellbrooke welcomes everyone”pets, children, and families alike. It’s heartwarming to see kids visiting their favorite residents, playing games in the "Billiard Room" or Family Room, and building connections. The facility also offers a range of activities, themed events, and outings, which add so much joy and variety to the residents’ days. The dining experience is another highlight. The chef is attentive to dietary needs, including diabetic and sugar-free options, and works closely with residents who have swallowing difficulties. The monthly Sunday brunch is a real treat, complete with silver dishes, a salad bar, an omelette station, and a dessert table, creating a special opportunity for families to come together. While I’ve had a few concerns, I genuinely feel Wellbrooke strives to provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for both residents and their families. Knowing my loved one is cared for brings peace of mind, and I’m grateful for the opportunities to spend quality time with them in such a lovely setting.

My grandfather is here At their LEGACY unit at their in the staff here is amazing. Everyone does what they need to do to keep them happy and moving every day. The rest of the staff I’ve met so far is very wonderful warm and very kind everybody I would 100% recommend this place for any loved ones that either have dementia or need to go to rehab or want a long-term care.

I was disappointed. I drove 45 minutes to tour the place. I waited for about 15 minutes at the front desk before anyone appeared, as there was no front desk staff. Several other staff passed me without acknowledging my presence. Boxes were piled above my eye-line on top of the front desk (I’m 6’ tall). I walked the halls without being stopped or anyone asking if I needed assistance. I didn’t feel comfortable inquiring further as I couldn’t imagine leaving my loved one there with that being my first impression.

I had a series of blood clots that settled in my lungs. I was treated at the hospital and then discharged into Rehab to strengthen my breathing ability (short-term rehab). I had previously broken my hip a year before in a fall and had to endure rehab before. I was not exactly excited at the prospect, as my previous experience was not that great. Surprisingly, Wellbrooke of Westfield was a breath of fresh air! It's a small-ish facility, which makes it feel more like a familial environment. All the nurses and techs were extremely responsive and helpful. The Administration staff was helpful with any questions/problems I might have run into. Physical/Occupational therapy staff, environment, and equipment were top-notch! There was always a plan - and I knew what it was, for the most part. If my therapist was busy finishing up with someone else, I was able to start on my weight/warm-up exercises by myself while I waited because I knew what the plan was. The "in-depth" items may change each day, or every few days to keep things moving along, but the overall plan was always the same. There was NEVER a time when it seemed we were "winging it." The facility was always clean, smelled fresh, and had wonderful common areas. Fireplaces, game rooms, TV rooms, reading nooks, etc. It was nice to spend time in the common area with family/friends who came to visit and warm by the fire. My cousin commented upon her first visit, "I thought I had walked into a ski resort! It's beautiful!" It is. Should I (God-forbid) ever need to rehab again - THIS will be the place! 5-Stars.

WellBrooke has an amazing therapy department! I can go and exercise daily for however long I want. The cooks in the kitchen do an excellent job, as my meals are always prepared well. The housing accommodations are good. The nursing staff is incredibly helpful; Jeff, Maisy, Marissa, Michael, and Madison all go above and beyond for me.

The campus is very well kept. The common areas are beautiful, the residents and people from the community play the grand piano occasionally. Workers are delightful! Physical therapy staff have been patient with me, the aides have been kind and attentive, and the activities staff in particular have been warm and welcoming. Rachel introduced herself and asked questions to help my stay feel most like home. Great atmosphere!

My experience with Therapies here has been outstanding. I cannot praise Melissa Jones enough for all the help she has given me. She was my rock. I was frightened with transfers and she gave me the confidence to go forward. ALL the Therapy Staff are great as are the Floor Staff. 5+++ for this Facility.

This facility has been great, everything I needed nothing that I didn’t. We were so happy that we were about to come here for rehabilitation. We had previous family members here too and had amazing experience then also. The staff here are happy and when staff are happy residents are happy. A special shout-out to Haley for always being there and having a good attitude. The food is amazing, it was too good!

Wellbrooke of Westfield is anything but a nursing home. In my opinion it is resort . I have been here 9 days and have done so much that it I feel I am on vacation expect for the fact therapy is kicking my butt. The staff here is excellent . All the departments are great . I never been in a nursing home and the halls have not smelled like a bathroom. The dining room is like you are at a restaurant they serve you and wait on you three meals a day. The food is nothing what you see in a regular nursing home. The activities department has activities from 9 in the morning till 4 in the afternoon and on weekend they are doing things with us. When I first saw this place from the road it looked like a lodge . It is sat back from the street it has a pond with a fountain in it the landscaping is done so beautifully . It has three different gardens for sitting outside. So if you think you are in a nursing home think again cause this has no signs of being a nursing home. Thank you to all the staff at Wellbrooke I love my stay here.

Wellbrooke of Westfield has a gorgeous facility. All the employees are really nice as well... they put on a lot of events with the public and the residents truly love interacting with little kids that attend those events. I don’t have anyone that needs constant care at the moment but when I do, wellbrooke is at the top of my list!

My parents spent their final 3+ years at Wellbrooke of Westfield. The employees took time to get to know them and were treated like family, with love and respect. When Mom said she loved to knit - the activities dept formed a weekly knitting group! I would recommend WofW to anyone needing skilled care.

The facility is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. I was treated like family and had the best care! My friends and family visited me and told me they felt like they had visited a resort. I was a patient for approximately 3 months and although there is no place like home, this was a great second best. I am fully recovered and better than ever! A huge thanks to the staff from the housekeepers to the administrator.

Review for M. Sands: "I was there from 6/26/17 to 7/19/17 for Rehab following Surgery. The Grounds are beautiful, as is the Interior of the Building. I received excellent Nursing Care, as well as both Occupational and Physical Therapy while I was there. The Food was quite enjoyable, several options were available if one did not want the Special Meal offered. Chef even made a special Vegetable Soup for me as initially, my Diet was quite restricted. I was able to participate in some of the Activities offered which I enjoyed. I remain grateful for the Nursing Care and Rehab therapy I received, which has enabled my strong Recovery."
