I am a regular visitor to residents. Magnolia continues to be friendly and efficient. Sometimes the front door planters could use some water. Many times i am asked to stay for lunch or dinner. The last three visits i experienced a marked, negative change in the quality of the meal. Barely warm entree. Totally different than it used to be.

While visiting my sister this past weekend, we had a Tornado Warning. The staff moved quickly & efficiently to get all the residents to the safest area in the building. They remained calm & reassuring as they fielded questions and made sure everyone was comfortable while we waited for the 'all clear.' I have been impressed with everything "Magnolia" for a long time!! I live out of state and can't visit on a regular basis so I feel very grateful for the care and attention my sister receives. She has blossomed, makes new friends all the time and eagerly checks out the daily schedule of activities!! Magnolia, you are the best!!!

Above and beyond is Magnolia Springs at Bridgewater..! They help and care for not only there residents, there family's are treated with the same love and care. The knowledge and understanding everyone has of dealing with brain disadvantages and willing to teach you more to help you deal with these changes our parent is going through.

As a healthcare provider, I have been exposed to several different senior living centers, and this is one of the friendliest from front door to on the floor staff that I have witnessed. And because most of my time has been spent in the memory care, I have to applaud the memory care unit at Magnolia Springs as it is clearly the best managed memory care that I have witnessed. Instead of being babysat by a television, their staff is extremely engaged with the residents with frequent activities and they have a unique knowledge of each resident and how to approach them effectively. The staff seems to enjoy the residents and the residents seem to enjoy the staff! If the situation arose, I would feel comfortable putting my own mother in the care of Magnolia Springs without hesitation.

My mother has been a resident for nearly two years. MSB has gone through some challenging times during the pandemic but their care and compassion towards my mom and the other residents have been outstanding. In particular, if your loved one is seeking special care for dementia, they have an excellent memory care wing who treats the residents with love and respect.

I recently visited this facility in Carmel, IN. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed by the staff and was inundated by a feeling of homeliness. It didn't feel 'cold' or sterile, like some of the places I visited. After touring several facilities in the Carmel area, we have chosen Magnolia Springs. The staff has longevity. That is so important in long term care facilities! They seem impeccably trained with the temperment one would want when caring for the aged. I can't wait for my mother to move in. I feel it in my bones that she will be well cared for. Update: My mother has been at Magnolia for four months now and I couldn't be happier. Finding this hidden gem has been the greatest gift! The caregivers in Memory Way are wonderful and go out of their way to make sure she feels 'at home.' I am so glad we found this place.

My mother has been a resident of MSB a little over two years. She has been very happy there. The community is a warm and welcoming one with wonderful, attentive staff. There are caretakers who my mother is especially fond of and trusts. I have always had peace of mind that she is safe and well cared for. I am most grateful for the way MSB operated, and continues to operate, during the Covid-19 pandemic. It's apparent that the well-being of each resident has been of paramount importance. Definitely, two thumbs up!

Magnolia Springs Bridgewater is the home to several of my wonderful patients. It is a superior Senior Living Community that I have had the privilege to work at for over two years. The staff works so hard to make positive changes and are constantly striving to make things better for their residents. It is very homey, safe and clean.They have fun activities and great food of different sorts for all interests. More than ever I witness more residents out and about socializing, participating, and having a great quality of life.

A dedicated staff works hard to provide excellent care for their residents even in difficult situations. The pandemic placed stress on all care facilities and they did an excellent job at handling all of the problems that resulted. We are blessed to have such a caring facility nearby.

My Mom and her companion moved into Magnolia Springs in September 2018. My mom chose Magnolia springs after visiting several options in the Carmel area. Her decision was based on the homey feel of the facility, the food, and the caring nature of the staff. A huge bonus was how she was made to feel invited and welcomed into the community by the current residents.George and Beth (residents) have been a godsend, as my mom has suffered the loss of her 12 year companion and also her 15 year old pet dog. They look after her as if she was family. Amazing.The staff from top to bottom has been attentive and caring. The food is very much to my Moms liking, and she participates in many of the activities and almost all of the special events.My Mom is 94, and is still in pretty good mental health, but lifes day to day activities had become unmanageable. While at first she was reluctant to make the transition from her home (understandable) to assisted living, she now will tell everyone that this is her new home and it is the best place and best life she could enjoy. She probably has added years to her life with this move.I highly recommend Magnolia Springs Bridgewater for a quality lifestyle experience for your loved ones, and the piece of mind that comes with knowing that the care and environment is as good as it gets.

Magnolia Springs Bridgewater is the perfect place for my Mom. We visited several memory care facilities in Carmel, Indiana. Magnolia Springs was the only one that met our high expectations. The staff is very caring and attentive. The residents were very welcoming as well. The facility and amenities are first rate. This was a difficult transition for our family but the Magnolia Springs staff has worked with and supported us through every step of this journey. Mom is happy with her new home and that is what counts.

Caring, warm, and friendly. These are the first words that come to mind when I think of Magnolia Springs. My father lived in memory care here for nearly two years. We had a very good experience. The highest praise I can offer is that I had great peace of mind when my dad lived here, knowing he was in good hands in a safe place. Its impossible to put a price on that peace of mind. Taking care of someone in memory care is very hard work, and the staff here tackled it with grace and dignity for all of the residents. Having a loved one live here is a decision you can feel good about.

Magnolia Springs is a great place. My mother in-law is in Memory Care for 2 years and the staff has gone above and beyond to make her comfortable. They have many activities and work very hard to keep the Memory Care residents stimulated. Every staff member is very caring and encouraging. The food is very good.The rooms are spacious and ceilings are high. I highly recommend Mag Springs.
