The Restoracy staff have provided exceptional, compassionate care for my 92 year old father, who is in hospice care. We could not be more grateful for the loving care the nurses, CNAs, cooks and other care givers are providing Dad as he approaches the end of his earthly life. I highly recommend Restoracy if you have an aging family member who needs skilled nursing care.

My grandmother has been here for over a year and this is the best experience we have had with skilled nursing and memory care. The staff cares deeply about the needs of each patient and the ratio of staff to residents is the best I have found. We tried other facilities, but this one has exceeded all others not only in the layout which is more like a home, but the staff and management. The communication is great and nurse Maria is the kindest, gentlest soul on earth. Everyone down to the kitchen staff is welcoming and patient with unmatched kindness. I would give more stars if I could because this place is on another level when it comes to elder care.

I love the set up of these Cottages. Staff very attentive to residents w care and compassion making residents feel at home. All eating together is a nice "meal time" for all. Can't say enough good things about staff as well. I'm a hospice nurse who visits often and always a pleasure! Thank you for taking such good care of our families.

My 94yr old Mom moved into The Restoracy this past Feb 2024. I felt like I won the lottery when they told me a space had openend up! The homes have only 12 rooms/baths, centered around a living room, dining room and kitchen. There is always a nurse on hand and 2 aides. The doctors, nurses, aides, occupational therapists, the office staff, ALL have been genuinely caring and compassionate. The owners are trying to shift the narrative for what most nursing homes are, to what they could be with their vision. My mom is doing so much better since moving from assisted living. She's more engaged and is mobile. I can wholeheartedly recommend The Restoracy.

The Restoracy of Carmel summed up in one word AMAZING. From my first contact with Bryan the owner 3 days after my father's accident (76 years old severely broken femur) to his discharge yesterday. Restoracy of Carmel has went above and beyond. The entire staff from admissions to the aides were great. My father was placed in one of the rehab cottages and was very happy with both the layout and staff. He was not a happy camper about having to be at a facility but happy with Restoracy. His recovery took less time than expected (great P.T and O.T team on staff). If you are looking for a rehabilitation center for a loved one don't over look Restoracy I would highly recommend.

My mom has been at the Green House cottages for 6 weeks now and has another 24 weeks to go. I honestly can't say enough good things. The new owner Brian is very hands on and is quick to answer calls and take care of issues. He knows all the residences very well and will sit and chat with my mom. He is very hands on in this facility. The director of nursing has been absolutely wonderful and honest and has given my mom extra attention and care when needed. The care staff is beyond kind and attentive. We had a few bumps in the road early on, but they have made up for it 10fold. They treat my mom like family and love her like their own grandmother. I'm at the facility daily checking in on my mom and so I know exactly what's happening at all times with her care. I know if my mom ever needs long term care, we have no doubt we would come here. My mom's biggest fear was having to come to a "nursing home" and now she's almost sad to have to leave. My heart is literally full with the love, care and attention my mom has received!!

Our mom was in Green House for approximately 6 months. The physical structure of the facility is amazing. I believe it is the best set-up in the area. It is a beautiful place. I'm not sure how they treat short-term rehab people. Our mom was a long-term resident. I loved the fact they cooked the meals right in the building, and had the residents eat together at a dining room table. However, I would say their staffing abilities are somewhat in question. Meals were consistently late, they were constantly short-staffed, and the actual nurses on duty were sometimes few and not enough. If you have a loved one that requires a lot of attention, this facility might not be the best place for them. If you're loved one simply needs a little bit of assistance, this place would be great. They changed ownership toward the end of our mom's stay, and honestly, I really didn't see much difference at all. Overall, I give them 3 stars, as I think the people really care, and compared to some of the other places I visited, Green House is better. Having said all of this, as our mom needed more and more attention, I constantly worried about the care she was given.

Green House Cottages of Carmel and its concept of the homelike atmosphere set this elder home apart from the rest and provides a new option in long term care. The staff strives for the best quality of life in the care of its elders.

We would highly recommend Green House to anyone needing memory care, long-term care, or short-term rehabilitation. My Mom was well taken care of, the staff was very friendly and responsive. Family communication was amazing, we loved the concept of the individual cottages, it was more personalized care. Thank you Green House for all you did to care for my Mom.

Not only are the Greenhouse Cottages clean and well managed, but I feel like staff genuinely care for our loved ones and want the very best for them. Forget any preconceived notions you have of typical assisted living facilities when you choose Greenhouse, because it is beautifully appointed and so comfortable. I don't feel there is a safer or more loving choice for your loved ones and Greenhouse Cottages represent the future of elder care.
