The place is a homey environment. Staff are what makes this place run well. They care for my Mom and Brother. I love these people. My only concern which does not reflect the place but the overall issue of health care ... not enough people motivated to work in a patient care role. Believe you would have more caregivers if they were paid a little more more and would have better patient centered training when hiring folks.

Maple Park Village is the top notch for long term care. My father-in-law spent his last 2 years in this place and the care and compassion our family was given in that period was amazing. The whole staff had respectfully taken care of him. I appreciate that my father-in-law had always been given the thorough care and love by the Maple Park Village nurses, aids and the social workers. Our family are forever grateful for the love and respect they show to my father-in-law. God bless you.

I found it necessary to seek help for my husband when his balance got so bad he kept falling. After looking into several facilities, I chose Maple Park Village. From the moment I checked my husband into Maple Park Village I knew I had made the right decision. The staff was very attentive and caring, he loved the food, and he immediately found friends to eat with, talk to, and attend the activities with. As his health deteriorated the staff was there for him, as well as me, supporting us along his journey. And at the end of his journey, they supported his family too! We were comforted by the staff's support and caring attitude. You could see the care, even as they started preparing his body after he passed. I cannot say enough about how supported and loved both he and I felt through the whole process. It wasn't just a place to go in his last days, it was a place to LIVE out his last days, thanks to the staff! I will be eternally grateful to all who touched our lives while he was there.

The administration and support staff reinforce my continued confidence in their efforts....care that transcends conventional standards. I would like to personally thank everyone here at Maple Park Village for taking care of me when I needed it the most. I came into the facility very sick and I did not know how long I had. But by the grace of God and the staff. I am here to let you know that this facility deserves 5 stars for their exemplary work. I highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of care of our aging ones and anyone that's in need of rehabilitation.

During my mom's time at Maple Park, she was treated with respect. All the therapists were overwhelmingly professional. Nurses were compassionate and loving. I appreciate all the help from staff, answering questions, helping with paperwork, and just taking time to talk to like a friend.

Maple Park Village has been a wonderful facility for my family member. The Executive Director and the front office staff are great and always accessible. The Memory Care Unit Director is also outstanding. It is evident every time I'm there that the staff cares about my loved one.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars, the staff is awesome from the front offices to the aides , to the kitchen and especially the nursing staff!! They are so kind and helpful, I wish we had found this facility many months ago for my husband, he is in a good place now!

The entire staff at Maple Park has completely changed my opinion of skilled nursing facilities. My family member was recently admitted following cancer surgery, I approached with skepticism based off of past experiences at other facilities over the years. But my skepticism was very pleasantly turned into a relaxed sense of calm and confidence. The staff are all so caring, thoughtful, genuine and always leave with a kind "can I get you anything else?" or "is there anything else I can do for you?" I've been in Healthcare for many years and had the misfortune of being a patient at a different facility after an accident two years ago myself, if I, or anyone else in my family are ever in need of a care facility in the future, it will be at Maple Park Village.

The front office staff are treasures. All of the ladies are so kind hearted and helpful. The facility is clean and well managed. Everyone from the nurses to cafeteria staff are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and cared for. This place deserves a thousand stars!
